It's a scam!
Don't ever try this hosting it’s totally trash.
The owner just shut down my hosting without any prior notice. I hadn’t backed up all my files yet. I tried contacting him, but he’s just ignoring all my messages. The dashboard doesn’t even work, and the owner is terrible. I hope bad karma comes back to you soon.
These are scammers and fraudsters! You will waste your time and lose information if you engage.
I'm still usuing them since their advertising inside let they are great and professional even let don't let them advertise they succeed to gave us the best support high uptime.
They are not honest. I bought a vps plan from them, i could not access it. I messaged their support, no response was gotten from them. I terminated my plan with them. They still charge my card for renewal after i have terminated the service.
It's a scam! They offered servers in Hong Kong but placed them in the USA, they don't return the money. The site is currently unavailable and support is not responding!
Bad provider.
- Advertising locations which aren't delivered.
- Advertising IPv6 which isn't working
- Tickets aren't resolved, even after a month and counting
- Simple questions via ticket won't get answered
- Not worth the hassle
Tempted by the attractive offer from LET, I dared to try the really cheap cPanel shared hosting, just to try it out.
There was an obstacle when restoring the web from the old hosting, because of the low I/O usage, but 0WebHost helped increase the I/O usage limit, the restore process was successful.
There was an obstacle with Litespeed and Backup, 0WebHost responded quickly to provide a solution, and everything went well.
Friendly support with a response that is not too long is one of 0Webhost's strengths.
Hopefully the 100% uptime statement will also come true, because I have just tried it, I can't provide facts about this yet.
I am satisfied and happy with 0Webhost's service.
After using a year-long VPS I purchased for just one month, it was inexplicably cancelled without any notification whatsoever.
Submitting a ticket has yielded no response. Since the PayPal payment was made over a month ago, I can't even file a claim to recoup my money.
Honestly, this kind of vendor is just despicable.

It seems like a new provider, and the new service has some shortcomings, but any issues can be resolved through ticket.
