Great experience- Anna was great and the session was great with useful information for my skin treatment

Good consultation that answered all the important questions for anyone new to these type treatments. Nice and knowledgably staff, great treatment with healing times as explained. And, even for a sceptic like myself, you can definitely see the results!

I had a face consultation with Anna and was very pleased with the experience. She was extremely polite, took the time to explain everything clearly, and made me feel comfortable throughout. Her professionalism and friendly manner really stood out!

I found nurse Claudia's behaviour rather peculiar. She spoke to me in an unpleasant manner, and kept making statements which were irrelevant and/or pointless. For example at my botox top up, I asked her only to do a 'tiny' amount of top up as I had a very bad headache following my initial appointment. She was coming towards me with her needle but she stopped and pronounced 'the top up is always less than the first dose' then stood there for a few minutes. holding the needle up, looking at me in a defiant way as if I had said otherwise. It was just very strange.

Following the top up, I got a headache which was just as bad as after the initial treatment; it lasted two days.

I also had very bad drooping of my right eyelid following the initial appointment. When I had the top up, I didn't get any apology. I had said very clearly that I had had drooping before and was very anxious not to get this again. I said that I would prefer to only have a small improvement in my lines rather than have drooping, and asked Claudia to take this into account when she injected.

At the clinic I go to now for botox, I get the same reduction in lines as I got at 111 Harley Street but with no drooping and no headache.

I also had lip filler migration and was told to come in for a review.

I turned up at the correct time. Claudia was waiting, but she went away and returned with Anna Harvey after 20 minutes. They then put some large photos on a board right in front of me and said, 'these are your lips before and after treatment, show us the difference'. They were photos of closed lips so the droop didn't show. I said that and Anna pointed to the right side of one photo and said that she could see a droop. She didn't realise that a photo is the inverse of reality and that she was pointing the left side of my lips. The droop is on the right side.

They seemed to be trying to persuade me that I had the droop already, before I got the lip filler.
Eventually, they acknowledged that the droop was caused by migration of the filler, and said that I could have a treatment to try to help, which I appreciated. However, they could just have done this in the first place without the unkindness.

Later, I made a complaint, which was responded to by Anna at first which I thought was wrong as the complaint was partly about her. She suggested that I could have more filler injected so as to have a droop on both sides and make my lips more even. Maybe she was trying to help, but I hate the droop and would like my lips to be like they were before. And I wasn't happy about the fact that she wrote that I still wouldn't have even lips if I did what she suggested because I had a natural droop on the right. She had never seen my lips before the filler, so she had no idea what they were like, and I had told her at the review that both sides of the bottom of my upper lip were straight before. I don't think people are born with a very pronounced droop on one side.

I then spoke to Agata who was very helpful and arranged for two more treatment to try to remove the droop. By this time other doctors had told me that it was important not to get more filler until the migrated filler had been removed.

However, at my third Clearlift treatment, Jamy only worked above the lip and not on the droop. I asked her why, and she said the the effects of the laser would go down from above the lip to the droop. This didn't make sense, as at the first appointment I said to her that I only wanted to lose the migrated filler in the droop, not the filler in the rest of the lips, and she said that the laser only had an effect exactly where it is placed. I don't know whether the second treatment was done properly or not, but at least once I went into London for nothing.

It is now well over a year since I had the filler and the droop is still there. I have had consultations at three other clinics and the doctors/nurses all looked at and touched the droop and said that it was caused by migration. I don't understand why Claudia couldn't have assessed the situation objectively in this way, rather than showing me irrelevant photos. Two people said that the droop might have been caused by Claudia injecting in the wet/dry border.

I made another complaint after I got this new information and it was again responded to by Anna, who wrote nonsense.
I am in a difficult position as I don't want to use hyalase to dissolve the filler, as it is made out of bulls' testes and I am vegan. Also, it can have side effects.

But if I don't have it, I will continue to be disfigured and won't be able to have more filler, and I have thin lips now due to ageing.

I think that when people are disfigured following a treatment, even if the disfigurement is minor, the clinic should respond in a polite and compassionate
manner, as this is extremely upsetting and it's even worse if the clinic doesn't respond properly.

I went in for a consultation with Anna to update / go over a review of my skin and areas that I wanted to target. We used the skin diagnostic which highlighted the key areas I needed to focus on (that I wasn’t aware of). Anna was very welcoming and explained everything in detail and recommended what would be best to do to treat my skin concerns. I’ve been coming to 111skin for years now and wouldn’t go anywhere else!

I do not think that I have seen a more organised clinic. They knew who I was before I stepped into the door and my experience was faultless from start to finish.

I have been to a couple of clinics but 111 does not even compare. Cannot recommend it enough.

The doctor is really nice - I think this is a great place to get your fillers done. I like the way he shapes the nose and injects the nose bridge I think he is a really good practitioner and he really knows how to consider people’s before and after, and enhance their looks. He really takes into consideration their sources and focuses on the procedure.

Dr yannis has changed my life, my world!
