---1 I have asked 8 times for a supervisor to call me. Even a germanos branch wrote on the system. Still today, no supervisor has called me. Ote have NOT CHARGED ME correctly for fiber optics. Ote have extremely rude consultants who tell you that it is too late to do anything about it -- even though ote has made the mistake. The voucher does not work that the sales department try to sell to people.

I advise all ote customers to check their accounts and the pagia (subscriptions) very well, as I was told by the consultant. I am told it is too late to fix the error that OTE MADE!!!! Just be careful of OTE

Dont ever use 11888..... They will kindly ask you..... Do you want us to connect you with the same charge? And if you say yes then that means that you will be charged as 11888 service during your whole call and not that you will be connected with the same (and not more) charge!!!!!!!!!!!
They play with words and with kidness in order to overcharge you!
Literally Sneaky Scaming techniques!

I have on 3 different adreses OTE/Cosmote Internet and always there is at least 1 not working.
In my village OTE has the monopoly.
The only alternative is to use internet by SIM card.

3 months no Internet while paying for it . Customer support tells me every week “the next week” while still sending me bills and not even refund me , since mostly I have internet from another company in my phone . Technicians supposed to come every other day , never comes tho , when confronted the customer support I got no answer whatsoever only that they gonna forward it . This company is a joke . Worst customer support scammers , while having the worst Internet service full of problems , and as the cherry on top they can’t even be honest with u as if I’m mentally challenged , go suck a D kiddos

The most useless service .
This service doesn't even have an Alarm .
I lost my cell phone and i didn't have an Alarm clock and i was worried how i am going to wake up in the morning .
I called them (HOME PHONE) , and they didn't provide it . They even charged me for asking.
Alarm Service Explanation : (HOME PHONE)
The call you a time you tell them to wake you up .
Other services provide it like 11880 which i called them and provided this service .
Thank god i slept well and gone to work .

Πήρα εχτές τηλέφωνο ΑΠΟ ΤΟ ΣΤΑΘΕΡΟ διότι έχασα το κινητό και δεν είχα ξυπνητήρι .
Και Δεν είχαν καν Αφύπνιση .

Και με χρέωσαν κι΄όλας
Πήρα το άλλο ΑΠΟ ΤΟ ΣΤΑΘΕΡΟ 11880 και είχαν και ευτυχώς ξύπνησα για την δουλειά μου.
Αφύπνιση στο τηλέφωνο υπάρχει απο το 1990 .

This accursed company is still a nightmare, despite its takeover by Deutsche Telekom. No telephone, no internet, no satellite TV since early evening on Xmas Day. In fact the whole Connex package is useless but I am still paying for it.

After fourteen telephone calls on my mobile, nothing has happened. Stupid excuses and downright lies from OTE employees become a daily occurrence. After immediately admitting there were faults on my line the excuses started. Excuse No 1. - faults were due to the cold weather - cold? it was +9C. The next day OTE admitted that was nonsense. Since then, nothing. The technicians were supposed to come and check and we stayed in all day but nobody arrived or telephoned. The following day - oh they were only checking the line outside your house. Now there is no response from the technicians. A supervisor technician is supposed to call me on my mobile but I am still waiting.

Earlier this month the same happened and it took them a week to find that they needed a new part and had to order it from Germany. result - two weeks without service.

Now I am on my fourteenth telephone call to this neighted company whose management incomeptence, beggars belief. How do they hold on to their jobs.

I can vote with my feet and change provider. A company which screws its customers, lies to them and still expects payment for services which it does not provide, does not deserve to have any customers.
