I wasn’t quite sure if this was going to work for me, it ended up not being what I expected. Tried to cancel and the talked me into extending the free trial. Well again looked at it and tried to see if it was going to work, didn’t work for me, forgot about it, then get hit with the subscription fee, which is fine I guess if they would return my money after contacting someone immediately! Scammers trying to take money. 123Loadboard will take your money and not give it back even if you don’t want their product l!

Unfair Trial Policy & No Refund for Unused Service
My experience was disappointing. I trialed the platform for my cargo van, but found loads mostly for larger trucks, offering no suitable work or benefit. I unfortunately forgot to cancel before the trial ended and was charged. Upon realizing, I immediately unsubscribed. Despite no service use and prompt cancellation, my refund was denied due to a strict policy. This unearned charge is significant for my new business and feels unfair.

Thank you for your feedback. We’re sorry to hear the platform didn’t meet your needs. To ensure all customers have sufficient time to evaluate our service, we offer a 10-day trial period as a courtesy, with easy online cancellation available 24/7.
As noted during signup and in the confirmation email, the subscription renews automatically unless cancelled before the trial ends. Since the cancellation occurred after the charge was processed, the refund was declined in line with our Terms of Service.
That said, we’d be happy to apply a credit if you decide to return. Wishing you the best with your business!
