Revoking license + reported to Digital Crimes Unit
I opened an account and deposited a good four figure amount in SGD. I only managed to play a few sessions of blackjack without any bonuses and nearly doubled my balance.
On the third day when I tried to log in, without any prior notice or email, my account was locked.
I contacted the chat support and I was told that by management decision my account will stay permanently closed. The decision is final. The reason: my play style is supposedly 'violating the general rules of gaming'. I only played that one blackjack game totally normally without any kind of bonuses. But by their decision all my deposited balance + winnings will be just forfeited.
After the incident I pleaded to their gaming license authority to revoke their license. I also immediately reported to the Digital Crimes Unit in their registration jurisdiction.
This all happened about a year ago. Still, until today, I haven't been able to even get my original deposit back.
