DO USE THERE SERVICE
This company is a joke. I have been passed around 4 to 5 times, my taxes are still sitting in their queue, and the employees seem incompetent and lacking basic knowledge. I am being told to switch my business from an LLC to an S corporation even though the business has not made a dime. Nobody seems to know what they are doing, and the service has been straight trash. I paid for help, not confusion, excuses, and constant runaround.

Non-stop spamming me for a month straight
I received a free tax consultation through LegalZoom while setting up my LLC and ever since then, I have been bombarded by phone calls for over a month straight despite explicitly requesting to be taken off the call list. Despite my request, they continue to call me from multiple phone numbers with my local area code in an effort to get me to answer the call. I've blocked 4 numbers in total and they continue to call me with other numbers. Completely unprofessional, annoying, and disruptive.

Absolute worst communication
Absolute worst communication. Spent 2 weeks trying to schedule a time to discuss my tax return. Finally on 4/15 I get a response after I asked if I needed an extension, saying yes, I needed an extension, but I had to do it through the IRS website. WTF! This was after I asked! Went ahead and filed everything through H&R Black in about 3 hours. NOT WORTH THE MONEY! This is sh*t and no way to get my money back!
