I signed up for the course yesterday and so far its been nothing but an amazing experience. I got an invite for a live call today to go over the entire process. The representative I spoke to was Carlos Diaz. He was extremely professional and went over everything in detail along with answering all my questions. Carlos Diaz was very informative on how the online course is run. He was very patient with the me while I was sorting out some computer issues.

I have not received my books yet, but when I placed my order the company was up front about how long it would take to receive them. I scheduled a support call with Carlos Diaz. I had ordered books from One Exam Prep, but unfortunately they did not arrive as expected. Brandi was incredibly helpful throughout the entire process. She took the time to look into the missing shipment, worked to locate the books, and promptly arranged for a replacement shipment to be sent out.
Her communication, patience, and willingness to help made what could have been a very frustrating situation much easier to handle.
