The process went smoothly, she made me feel comfortable and she answered my questions about the loan rate. And very helpful in assisting with what would work best for me as the customer regarding my payment. Excellent customer service, friendly, knowledgeable and professional! First Franklin, truly amazed, I have a repo with them and instead of reaching out to me, they took me to court without knowing anything and now I was hit with 25% 600.00 a month, more than my child support, I willing ask them to lower it to 400 a month and they refused, there’s a big difference with cost of living between TN and NV, but who really gives a dam, obviously not First Franklin.

I took a loan with D’Iberville ms location for 15 months which I paid off I have receipts they could not get payment dates right my receipt says one thing they say I was 30 days late when paying loan off they lied they are telling reporting to credit bureau wrong I will never use this company again i tried to tell them I had a issue with this situation they just brushed me off said call Equifax which I did but this company lied to them the whole loan process was good till this !!

I like the fact that they progressively increased my credit line after l paid off my first loan but, l do not like the fact that they did not increase by credit line high enough to meet my expectation.

Great service! When you need financial help, they call and ask if you need cash. The people working there are very friendly. The only issue I had before was that their website was always down. But all in all, it was an awesome company. Thank you, 1st Franklin Financial.
