I have had a reaction to their shampoo and conditioner. Reached out via their website and Instagram several times, it’s been over a week but still no response.

They are the best. The shampoo and conditioner are such great quality for a decent price (it smells great too!). No issues with delivery times. The customer service response times are so quick, and they do their best to accommodate to your needs. I recently asked if I could have two shampoos instead of one shampoo and one conditioner, and they did that for me with no problems. Would definitely recommend to someone looking for high quality, customisable hair care and great service. Thanks again!

I’ve used the 1Lab shampoo 5 times since receiving. After washing with shampoo and thoroughly rinsing, my hair feels as though it has a residue and has a greasy and almost sticky finish regardless of air-drying or using a hair drier. Disappointing as I was very hopeful that the formula would be a good fit for me.

Great pre workout, I use less than the recommended amount and it is still more than enough to sustain a good 1.5-2 hr intense workout (weights and cardio)

Such a simple.process to make something just for me. Great results and very quick delivery. I love it.

The products were of good quality.

Had to get the product resent because the colour was off (chose orange, got pink). Even the second batch was still quite pink and not like in the photos. The packaging was squashed and the first time it just came in a random box, not as advertised. The shampoo feels very soapy and cheap. You’re better off purchasing some nice shampoo and conditioner from a hairdresser (Nak, Juice, DeLorenzo).

I used my custom shampoo and conditioner to the instructions and it made my hair even more oily and made my hair go stringy. I did like how you can customise the colour and scent of each but just wished it worked for me.

I bought for my mum’s birthday, it came relatively quickly and was exactly what I ordered, smelt amazing and my mum loves it.

The website and delivery was really good. Unfortunately it does not work with my hair. I selected that I get greasy hair very easily, but I must say that the shampoo I got from ONE LAB is the worst shampoo I have ever tried. I have followed their instructions, and have done my own little experiments trying to get my hair working with the shampoo, but nothing is working. Also the my shampoo or conditioner have no smell whatsoever. I’m very disappointed as I have read so many good reviews.
