The build quality of the OneLaser XRF is top-notch and has met all my expectations for a CO2 engraver. I’ve been in contact with their team, and they’ve assured me that a library of instructional videos is currently in development to help beginners get up to speed quickly. As a tech-forward organization, they are also actively rolling out technical support updates, which gives me great confidence in their long-term support.

One Lasers customer service is above all others. From start all the way through to your first project. Murphy was so helpful in getting me starting in my purchase then went above and beyound once it arrived. I had several questions about getting it into my basement shop and one laser worked directly with me to get it put into the right location. After that a small issue was quickly resolved by personal technician help on the phone directly. I've been using it for about a month now and could not be any happier with my new Hydra 9.

This xrf is fast, precise, and perfect for small business engraving projects.

We have been using our Hydra 9 and XRF laser engravers for the last 12 months. Having worked with many other laser brands in the past, this was definitely the Best Laser Engraver we have used inside the workshop. Having 2 laser tubes inside 1 laser and the ability to Raster Engraver at 1200/mm a second with the RF tube allowed us to create and sell products that a CO2 Laser Alone couldn't handle. The details of the RF are unmatched!

Still have not received my product or heard anything from them

Excellent Laser. Overall support is poor and we were sold the Laser along with accessories that we were told would all be here in 2 weeks. Two accessories which were imperative to our process did not arrive until 3 and 5 months later as they were still in development. This was never clarified in any documentation or sales call. Our company ended up needing to retrofit and buy multiple extra devices to make the laser operate as we needed in the meantime.
