Removal of Earwax
Dr Barnes was very professional, explaining the process. He was very polite and listened. The whole procedure was painless and showed picture of before and after the procedure.

On my visit I was made to feel welco.e and at ease.the treatment I received was quick and painless and was able to see the before and after photos of the inside of my ear.

Excellent Ear Wax Removal!
My 15yo son had quite bad compressed ear wax making hearing quite muffled, particularly so in one ear. 1st Clinic were recommended. I spoke to the audiologist last week and explained the issue and concern. We were given an appt this evening, the treatment was explained. The procedure was painless and thorough. A before and after photo of the ear was taken and the results were eye opening! My son has already reported much clearer hearing. The consultation was carried out by Martyn who works in ENT in Southend Hosp. Reassuring in itself. Thank you very much!
