Supershop is a scam co. Also ordered 36" grille never got it. No legit phone # and will not respond to emails. They belong in jail.

There should be a spot for ZERO stars for this so called company. I ordered the 4 in 1 car seat and was charged immediately but still after 4 weeks have not received any merchandise. I have emailed them twice and gotten NO response so I notified my charge card company to dispute the charges. It is a shame when these SCAM websites make it hard for the GOOD ones as I will be very skeptical from now on about ordering anything from these on line websites. If the deal sounds to good to be true BEWARE!!

When I saw this add it said supershop no 1 after 17 days I disputed the charge This is a scam my bank put my money back in my account it seems to me with facebook doing all this monitoring they could place the stars on there adds

ordered 4 in 1 carseat still no conformation email or tracking though it says processed on their site. Emailed them with no response to date. I feel really dumb a will be reporting to bank and anyone else I can find to report this to . FRAUD FRAUD FRAUD

Ordered the Graco 4in1 convertible car seat. Arrived 3 weeks later. Nope not a car seat but a very tiny bag with a phone charger.

No shipping confirmation, and they gave me a fake tracking site without even a SSL cert. Physical address is also false. Any information given through email contact is merely for appearances and has no real value. Site is a complete fraud, though is a fair bit more convincing than many I have seen, especially up to the point of purchase. Seriously watch out for, and warn others about this one.

Ordered a car seat with wheels for 89$ even though the value is much higher. Thought it was a legitimate company but after emailing them they actually sent me a sponge with the exact tracking number. This is NOT what I paid for. Emailing again and calling the bank to see if any recourse can take place. It has been about 3 weeks since we ordered it.

Was so excited to get my griddle and come to find out they just take your money and you cant get into contact with them. You get a generic email. Thats it. But they take your money the day of the order, and no conformation email, BUYERS BEWARE!!!!!

SCAM. My wife ordered a griddle. Bank declined, but we forced it through. A month later, no email, their phone is out of service, their bank is in China, their address is in UK, their phone number is in California, their email is a Gmail account. Scam, scam, scam. Will be reporting to the FTC once govt is open. Yes, I feel stupid for letting this happen.

Also scammed for grille.

I was also scammed for the grill. I think we should all seek counsel and class action a suite against Facebook and PayPal for allowing this Scammers on the site. You say something wrong or derogatory and you get a Facebook time out. Let’s hold them accountable

Complete scam. Never got a confirmation email, still haven't received anything almost a month later.

This is a total scam, they took my money i never received a confirmation or anything from them i created an account and when i went to lig in to check the status of my order the website was unavailable. I contacted my credit card company to get a refund and file a dispute against the company.

This website is a scam. Their phone number doesn't work and they never sent me a tracking number or the product. They took money out of my account and never sent anything or any items that I ordered.

They got me as well. Ordered it from a Facebook ad. I hadn't received anything other than an order confirmation I emailed them to see if they were sending me a shipping notification and tracking number. Haven't heard a response yet, which is what brought me to this website.

SCAM do not order, I have read the reviews below and we are in the same boat, I ordered the blackstone flat top grill, do not order. FACEBOOK needs to take this ad off their site. To many of us are getting scammed. My credit card company it helping me out of this SCAM.

I placed 2 orders with 1supershop..... declined card first attempt, tried again it went through. Then my bank calls and asks if I placed an order with them. I received an email confirming one order...not the second order, so I emailed them with a couple of questions. I received a response ...... very generic which included a website for tracking my order, it showed that an order was on the way to somewhere!! But what about my second order?? Sent another email, no response!! Sent another email stating that if I didn't get confirmation of the second order and movement in the tracking that I would contact my bank and report them as fraud and reverse the charges. Still no response. "7 day delivery"!!! NOPE!! If the item is not as described buyer can pay to return or........negotiate refund!! This tells me something stinks!! But shame on me, I should have read it all completely first. Well the bank is getting my funds back.
Don't send them your money!! I am not saying don't buy from them, because buying means that you get something in return for your money!! Don't send them your money!!
