Complete scam. Tried to get the Lightsaber as well and ended up with the stupid toy. What is more, Paypal in their infinite knowledge won't do the refund because according to them the item is sufficiently described on the site. So the crap exists on both sides. I'm not sure how Paypal supposedly contacted them, but anytime I tried to it just says that the email mailbox is full so I call foul all around.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!

Company advertising as US company with a London base, this is NOT TRUE!
They are in China, they do not answer emails, email listed on PayPal is not in use.
They do not send you the 10% off code, then once you order there is no confirmation or order number, no contact at all.
Had to open a PayPal dispute to claim my money back, still waiting 2 months later!

Complete con ordered the lightsabers and didn't get what was ordered but a toy worth nothing!

Yup. I got suckered. I bought 3 of those Light sabers that look awesome in the video on Facebook. What I received is junk. The sabers that you buy from Target for 9 dollars, is of much better quality. I mean, these are real junk. Do not buy from 1supershop.

The video promoting the lightsaber was spectacular, demonstrating a metallic, well-appointed device. However, the delivered product was in no way representative of the promotion. It is a cheaply made, plastic toy of poor quality. 1Supershop, by defrauding consumers, could ruin the emerging Chinese internet market.

do not buy anything from them. The sell lightsabers for 30 €. But what is delivered are lightsabers for 5 €. What is coming has nothing near to do with the lightsaber shown in the video. Please do not buy anything at this shop. I fell for it but an ad for fraud is already running.

This site uses other sites video and photos to sell lightsabers. What I received was a novelty toy for 3 year olds. It is a toy I saw at a party supply store for $5.00. They rip people off for a lot more than that. NEVER purchase anything from these people!!!

Product shown and described on their website is often not what is actually received. No communication from the 1supershop support team regarding shipping of order or response to complaint that the product they shipped was not at all like the product described. I was taken for $30 and sent an item that is not worth $3.

Bought a teeth product about 4 months ago and they never sent out product. Took my money and never responded to my emails. Be aware. This company is doggy and an illegal thief. I hope they can sleep at night. Illegal business trade. Should have called them 1conartist. Stealing is their speciality.

Haven't gotten the item I ordered in June and their email mailbox is "full" so I have no way to contact them. However, they certainly have my money!

I don't want to give this company any stars - they are scammers. As others have done, I purchased an authentic-looking Star Wars lightsaber through their Facebook ad for $35USD and received a $1 child's plastic toy. Do NOT under any circumstances buy from this company

I don't even wanna give them a one star they really suck The stuff they advertise is nothing that you get. Do not get anything from this place

azienda poco seria e non affidabile.....pubblicizzano un prodotto...di qualità scarsa, come nel mio caso ho ordinato una spada di STAR WORD come da filmato che gira su facebook doveva essere in un cofanetto da collezione invece mi è arrivata dopo un mese completamente di plastica, ho già denunciato il fatto alla polizia di stato e a paypal con cui ho fatto il pagamento....non acquistate da questa azienda che spedisce dalla cina....

Cannot rate zero stars. Horrible scam. Advertising a collectors grade item but what you get is a piece of crap plastic toy that I would not pay $10 for at Walmart. DO NOT BUY from these scam artists
