An unknown person has activated Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) without my consent and has changed the registered mobile number to his own. Because of this unauthorized change, authentication codes are now being sent to a number that does not belong to me.
I am completely locked out of my own account.
Earlier today, I already sent a request to deactivate authentication along with my ID proof for verification. However, I have not received any response. This delay is unacceptable considering this is a serious security breach.
I demand immediate action on the following:
Deactivate the unauthorized 2FA immediately.

Freeze all withdrawals until the account is secured.
Provide full details of any login attempts, device access, or withdrawal requests made recently.
