21 Casino is an absolute Scam. They are, hands down, the worst casino I have ever played at. I deposited £140 and with out any explanation, they immediately closed my account and have kept my money. They won't respond to emails. Absolutely disgusting company. AVOID! I will be complaining to the Gambling Commission and seeking legal action. STAY AWAY FROM 21 CASINO!

made a deposit of £10,played the slots and came away with nothing.there was no welcome bonus compared to other sites,after reading the negative reviews i decided to close my account and not waste anymore time and money.21casino need to improve a lot of things but until they do they will keep losing customers

This company as all other reviews state have no interest in paying out winnings, will take days between email replies to keep asking for more and more random ID until eventually you have them cornered. At which time they will close your account and "confiscate" your winnings. True scammers avoid at all costs. Free spins arent always worth it.

Took the offer of deposit 85 and get a 121% bonus within the first 5 minutes won 275 without touching the bonus so stopped and withdrew.

Withdraw was pending for dats then I received an email saying I'm not longer offered bonuses. Then followed by another email that I'm in breach of clause so they took my winnings away and just refunded my deposit

Clear fabrication and just doesn't want to pay out.

They try to get out of paying you. Any way possible just play some where else

Spent a fair bit won 9 thousand but never got it !
My account was verified on 21nd of April …
Asked me to verify again however wouldn’t let me redo them ….
Set up Apple Pay as was easier to withdraw but guess what …they said my bank wouldn’t accept payment ..
My bank said nothing had been tried by them to put anything into my account…
Funny how the card was used to deposit …closed account ….stay away

I won on bonus over 1000 and wouldnt let me withdraw of course it was bonus. i then completed all bonus details wagering requirements to then be able to withdraw my winnings at 900. I withdrew 160 which was 2 hours after the 900. the 160 came no problem. I have since been removed from all promotions and bonuses which was odd. to then be told 4 days after the withdrawl that they've removed my winnings and given me 100. they clearly don't want to pay me what I won. I finished all wagering required on the bonuses.

Have been join them for 2weeks time and they didn’t let me withdraw fund for more than £2000 for the time I starting playing their online games… should be avoided this site.

Seems to be a lot of bots or friends of the 21 casino company writing reviews on here. The responses seem to be fake and thoughtfully written. I Was actually going to try them but I will definitely AVOID now thanks for the genuine reviews!

Certainly one of the worst casinos i've ever played on. Don't be fooled by their deposit bonuses, the slots are rigged. I spun with 20p bets on my first £20, lost my cash balance as I didn't win once. As soon as it went into bonus bets, I got free spins but of course the wagering requirements are high. Please avoid, there are much better established casinos to play on

I put in a £50 start without bonus and it would not let me play. Do not play these rip off merchants. I applied the questions blah blah blah and got got nothing back. now i have my money at in their bank because i cant login in. forgot password my rear. load of rubbiish. takes you no where, stay away folks

I made a €40 deposit and they offered me a 121% first deposit bonus which I took. So I went for little play and done 35x wager. I had around 3700 euros on my account as cash, not bonus, got account verified and then when I tried to withdraw my money I got this response:

So you deposit....win a little but more teasing as win a little bit not much more than you deposit, this happens every time you deposit. After losing a fair bit they offer no bonuses or goodwill via live chat.

Absolutely dreadful, won over 2k and tried to withdraw. Was told max winnings using any bonus funds is capped at £100.
When I tried to withdraw the £100 the verification process took over a week. Transparent excuses such as "photo blurred, illegible signature on debit card, passport not British ( its Irish, but I live and work in London).
These people are really reluctant to pay any winnings, I would advise anyone NOT to join this site.
Try one of the bigger more reputable sites, save yourself a lot of grief.
