The guys behind the installation( kitchen fitting, plumbing and electricity) were absolutely amazing. Martin the project manager really was great at keeping the job running to time and managing the work required. Thank you Martin. Also Craig of Dickson joinery who provided the building work in collaboration with the new kitchen. Again thankyou! Very happy customer and would not hesitate to recommend this company. Excellent customer service from my initial call on the Sat morning to see if they had a showroom and was it open (they do and they were) through to Martin the project manager and fitter extraordinaire finishing the job yesterday - just 5 star perfection and pain free, perfect service from start to finish - it was all about we, the customer, being happy .. and we certainly are! (P.s. I am beyond demanding .. so if you want a team that are completely focussed on meeting your every need and want … look no further - even if that does mean the team delivering against an ask that’s never been asked before … they just make it happen!)

The fitting off the units, using our existing ovens, plus the new flooring was done in the agreed time frame. The new Caple appliances are excellent. We recently had our kitchen completely renovated by XXI Kitchens. The design Richard put together was wonderful, and exactly what we were looking for. The team were very helpful in meeting our needs and ensuring we were happy with each component of the new kitchen. Our house had some issues that the team expertly navigated. The gentlemen from Dicksons were brilliant. We really wanted to use a local company and are very happy that we did as our new kitchen is lovely.

We recently had our kitchen re-designed and installed by 21 Kitchens. We had a total gutting and re-instatement of the room prior to kitchen installation.

We had 21 Kitchens in to make a complete make-over. Richard completed an amazing design incorporating all our requests. They ripped out our existing kitchen, disposing of everything, moved appliances which involved re-plumbing & new electrics, arranged for a new boiler, arranged all tradesmen, Martin fitted the new kitchen with all mod-cons as requested. The job from beginning to end was flawless and the outcome is amazing!!!! These guys do an amazing job & are highly recommended. Thanks to all involved.

We had a great experience from start to finish, after numerous visits to the showroom working with Richard to get our design right we now have a lovely modern looking kitchen, Martin did a amazing job fitting it and also project managed other work linked to our kitchen area that we arranged through 21 Kitchens for joinery and electrical work. We had our kitchen renovated, and we were extremely happy with the service provided by 21 Kitchens. Their designers really listened to what we wanted, and made designs to suit us, giving good advice on what would work, where to compromise to get a good price, and the kitchen on completion is just what we wanted.
We had a fairly clear idea of what we wanted in the new kitchen, so the design was finalised within a week or so. We had lots of help selecting materials, finishings, and details. We had a budget in mind, and they made a design that gave us what we wanted at a price we could afford, and they were helpful and patient with us during that process. The kitchen was fitted by Dickson Joinery, and the team were great. Really polite, hard working, and took obvious care and pride in the work they were doing. I was very pleased that each day they'd take the time to say what had been done, and what was going to be done next, what time they'd arrive, and roughly how long they'd take. It meant I could get on with my day, rather than have to worry about them, which too many other companies don't seem to realise how good that is.
The communication was usually pretty good, in explaining timelines, pricings, and the pros and cons of different materials, and the showroom was well supplied, so we could see first hand how different finishes would look.
In the event there were a couple of delays, as some fixtures were on back order, but we were told about this, and how plans would change to try and regain lost time.
I've already recommended 21 Kitchens to my friends.

We wanted to choose a local company (Ayrshire) and have been really pleased with the huge project undertaken - between the creative design conversations with Lynn , Martin, fitting and overseeing and before and during this Dougie and all the teams of tradespeople who were not only capable and professional but courteous and polite and always on time. It was a long project and any issues that arose were met with solutions (an old house). We are now absolutely loving our new space and kitchen and would recommend both Dickson Joinery and Kitchen 21

I recently had my kitchens designed and supplied by 21 Kitchens and I couldn't be happier. Living in Stewarton, I really wanted to support a local business, and 21 Kitchens exceeded my expectations.
From start to finish, the team were fantastic from Richard who designed and Martin who fitted - professional, friendly and genuinely passionate about what they do. I was blown away by the quality of the kitchen, the craftmanship and attention to detail are second to none, and the price was unbelievable for the standard I received.
It's amazing to have a business like this right here in Stewarton. I'd recommend 21 Kitchens to anyone looking for exceptional quality and service without breaking the bank.

I went with 21 Kitchens on the back of the previous company i chose going into liquidation - Lynn, the designer was very good at taking the time to help me get a kitchen within my budget and making the best use of the space available. A good local company - much better than the large kitchen companies - buy local!

From start to finish the team could not have been more helpful Very competitive quote.Very high standard of workmanship with nothing a problem. Would highly recommend anyone thinking of a new kitchen give this company a chance.

I am absolutely delighted with my new kitchen from 21 Kitchens in Stewarton. From my initial enquiry, right through to the installation, the service was fantastic. I was concerned that a kitchen of this quality may be over budget however the price was comparable with other quotes I had received, although I am sure the quality is of another level!
The installation by Dickson Joinery was excellent with all tradespeople being really professional, polite and helpful at all times.
All in all, a really good experience and a beautiful kitchen!

After living with a separate kitchen and dining room for over twenty years we decided to do a much needed upgrade and knock the two rooms into one.
We spent time going to various kitchen show rooms in the area and went to the trouble of getting designs and quotes from at least two. 21 Kitchens design was by far the best and the final quote was similar if not slightly cheaper than the other supplier. One of the things that swung it for us was the design of the cabinets. Full height really does make the best use of the space. No more flinging stuff into the dead space on the top. The other benefits were - we were using a local company with a great team and product.
Designer Lynn was extremely patient and helpful and provided us with several drafts and redrafts. She was also very good on advising colours/worktops/flooring and accessories.
The building and installation team organised by Craig of Dickson joinery were just fantastic. The whole build and install was very well communicated and co-ordinated and the quality of the work was great. Being an old house - we had a couple of design tweeks due to things discovered once the wall was taken down however solutions and acceptable quotes were provided really quickly and the changes were discussed with the structural engineer and the additional work incorporated into the build.
The end result is just fantastic and has changed the way we use the space. I would strongly recommend 21 kitchens and Dickson joinery to anyone thinking of a kitchen upgrade or building work.

Good service, easy to communicate with.

We didn’t consider XXI kitchens at first as simply put, we thought their product was out of reach. We are so pleased they took up the challenge of providing us with a comparison design and cost, they absolutely delivered by providing a superior product at a comparable cost. This was a big deal for us, we had to get it right, and it was evident from start to finish that we had chosen a supplier who would give us our say whilst making informed recommendations which made all the difference to the finished outcome. Dickson Joinery completed our install and managed our expectations with clear and transparent communication. A pre build meeting followed by daily progress updates and a detailed handover ensured we were well informed throughout. Tweaks along the way were no issue for Craig and his team who managed all trades, completing on time. Thank you XX1 and Dickson Joinery - you met expectations, and some.

We had resolved to use local contractors and companies so we chose Dickson Joinery and XXI kitchens. We wanted a bright light space which gave us a better view of our garden and more connection with the outside space. At the same time we wanted a kitchen with a warm natural look. We commend Craig and his team for their professional competence and willingness to involve us, and Lynn for her creative flair attention to detail and patience during the design stage of the process. The teams really produced the goods! We now have all that we planned and more, and really enjoyed working with a friendly, approachable and dedicated team.
