I Like that your able to go back and review the material and the quiz questions on what you got wrong and what you got right. It is a lot of information to cover and retain. However, I did not like that it was not numbered and that you have to wait 24 hours to retake the quiz. If you failed it the first time. I think based on the situation there should be a grace period for certain circumstances depending on the situations. I think 24 hours is good for someone who has been court ordered for charges of DUI,DWI, and reckless driving.

All licensed driver improvement clinics in Virginia must abide by certain curriculum guidelines and regulations set forth by the Virginia Department of Motor Vehicles. These include setting a minimum course length of 8 hours, implementing a 24-hour waiting period between final exam test attempts, and manually emailing the certificate of completion within 24 hours after the student passes the final exam. We must abide by these DMV regulations; they cannot be changed by the individual driver improvement clinic.
We wish you would have reached out to us to address your concerns when they arose in lieu of a low score review--we have staff available to troubleshoot any issues.

I loved the fact you could do online…
I loved the fact you could do online and at your own pace I did spreaded out in about 3 days once I passed test my points went up immediately at DMV

Virginia DMV regulations require all students enrolled in an online driver improvement course to complete a minimum of 8 hours in the course and to successfully pass a final exam in order receive credit for the driver improvement course.
The Virginia DMV has reviewed and vetted all materials presented in the course. Our training materials meet and, in many instances, exceed the requirements set forth by the Virginia DMV. All materials presented were adopted directly from the "Virginia's Driver Manual," a publication made available to everyone through the Virginia DMV website (https://www.dmv.virginia.gov/drivers/#manual.asp) and in Virginia DMV customer service centers.
We have support staff ready to assist with any questions or concerns you may have while taking the course. We wish you would have reached out to us with any questions in lieu of a low score review.

Overall satisfied
The experience is overall wonderful and it is very helpful that I got to take the whole course in a 10 day time period considering I would not have been able to do it all in one day due to having work. Only reason why I am giving 4 stars instead of 5 is because I’m a fast reader and there is a timer on each slide/page that decides when you can go on so it got a little annoying. I see the need for the timer but sometimes the time was a little outrageous.

The Virginia DMV has reviewed and vetted all materials presented. The DMV requires a driver improvement course to be a minimum of 8 hours in length. Our learning management system has a built-in timer that is configured for each individual training module, and we have allotted a certain amount of time for each training module so that they total 8 hours. We recognize that students learn and read at different speeds; this was the best way to address the time requirement and meet students' needs.
We must abide by these DMV regulations; they cannot be changed by the individual driver improvement clinic.

This may come off as harsh but it needs to be said
This may come off as harsh, but I feel like I wasted my time and money with this company. The course cost is great but if you don't finish in time the extension is an additional cost, and there's only the option of 10 more days. I needed two days and it would've been more convenient to have a choice less than 10 days.
Additionally, the process in totality is too slow. I don't read slowly, but the timer for each page lasted longer than it took me to read. After the introduction, I'm disinterested and distracted, and the system logs out due to inactivity. I don't think that would happen if the timer wasn't so long!
Next, forcing someone to wait 24 hours to retake the final when the information is most likely the freshest immediately after is counterproductive. Regardless of the reason, 24 hours is way too long, especially when most people are answering a court order and need the results immediately.
Lastly, the certificate isn't emailed or accessible once you pass. Reading through the FAQs, it's delivered "within" to 24 hours too! That could be 23 hours and 59 seconds! In 2023, the year of AI and electronic cars, this website is far too behind. Maybe that's why it's so cheap.

We operate on a subscription basis and offer a 10-day, 20-day and 30-day access period to our training course. If a student does not finish the course and final exam in that allotted time, then additional access time can be purchased. We opted to only offer one extension period of 10 days at a lower price than the regular subscription price. It is the student's responsibility to properly pace him/herself in order to complete the course in a timely manner in order to meet required deadlines.
