I was never offered the upgraded protection, I even sent an email requesting the upgrade, but no reply.

We still haven’t received the order
We still haven’t received the order. The delivery company tried 3 times to try and find our large glass fronted building (each time asked us to confirm the correct address) and on the 4th they delivered it a tiny terraced house.
