The price for coverage select seems to be OK. We have not had to use the coverage yet. It does not start until 12/15/2023. We will have to wait and see what happens when we have to take Lucky to the vet.

The process was easy, painless, and efficient. Other than adding info about my kittens, there wasn’t a lot to answer.

I like that they asked about microchip numbers and this company registered those numbers.

I feel this is a great company to have my kittens protected by. That is a big plus for me!

Easy to understand and sign up, however I haven't received my policy information in the mail as of yet.

I didn't mind that you didn't cover the costs of Miles euthiansia, what bothered my was how long it took to deny the claim.

Wonderful customer service. Was very helpful when I signed up and when I called. I feel the claim reimbursement takes forever and to long.

I trceived uour email right after I adopted my Frankie. All of then was already provide so it was short and sweet to complete.

My experiences with 23 pet protect are very positive. I have a lifetime membership for my dog and I purchased insurance for him through 23 for tech pet protect. Very friendly and courteous staff that knows the business.

You guys have always made my experience pleasant. You even sent a condolences card when he passed away. That was so kind of you guys. You made the process super easy on how to resign up with my newest kitty 3-4 years later. Your customer service with me has not changed at all. I appreciate everything that you guys have done with and for me, thus far.

Updating my review! Great pet insurance. Very fast reimbursement like a few days after I submitted. I have two frenchies and I believe pet insurance is very worth it. My old dog that passed away of cancer we had 24petwatch and they were always the best! That is why I decided to continue with the 24petprotect insurance. My dogs have had surgeries, allergies, leg issues, and pneumonia which have all been covered. All pet insurance increases the cost after the first year and as the dog gets older. This just gives me peace of mind I can help my dog if they get sick with something serious like cancer or IVDD!
