Waited at least a week for my product to get here. But that's not the problem...I ordered the shooters a long with pre rolls. They had a 3 deal on the shooters but they were ALL EXPIRED!!!! The expiration says 6/12/25?!:$#$&@??!&!??
I WANT MY MONEY BACK OR SEND ME THE EQUIVALENT IN PRODUCT!!! ..... NICE TRY!!!!

Worthless scam artists. I’ve filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau.

25 Hour Farms: Purchased weed there two times and no issues. Decided to try their lemon sativa gummies. The gummy has 100mg of Delta 9 THCa. Each can be divided into 4 25 mg doses. I tried the gummies 5 times and fell asleep within 30 minutes each time. Sativa... falling asleep. Two phases that do not belong together. Even chatGPT said hmmm I have to scratch my head on that one. Their website shows Yellow as Sativa. The packaging shows it as Indica. Exchanged 5 emails with customer support and was told they are Sativa... No way. They apologized for my confusion and nothing else. I now have 74 doses of zombie Sativa. Great if i wanted to operate a sleep clinic.

I received a product that was less than acceptable (very shaky) which was unusual as I’ve had multiple orders and no quality complaint. I reached out and 25 hour offered replacement easily and told me no worry on the return. They stand behind the product. Thank you 25hourfarms

First time Got to my place a day early, gave me exactly what I ordered. My second order should be here Saturday. High hopes!

Worst customer service ever! Called because something was missing and the guy who answered the phone was so defensive and aggressive ! Didn’t understand customer service and would not tell me his name after threatening to cancel the product I did not receive and said call back!! Defensive because he knew he was failing this company! It will show soon when people stop buying because of him!

Normally this company has been good to me. I don't know what's going on now. I ordered over the weekend. Yesterday was monday and usually my product would be shipped. I emailed them to ask if it would be shipped today and they replied "yes." So here it is Tuesday and there's no shipping info and no one is replying to my emails. This place is getting very disappointing and about to lose this steady customer

Have ordered from them five times every time I've had it coming 2 days and every time I pass some of the best sticky icky THCa , lemon octane smalls blew me away,,granddad purple ALWAYS on point!!! Can't say enough, great company!!

Paid $65.00 for overnight shipping and the tracking number from UPS tells me my order will be delivered in 5 days. Tried to email and text for refund and no response. Will never order from them again.

Don't understand the poor reviews. My order was shipped out the same day and got here lightning fast. Flower is dry & doesn't come with any moisture control packs -- you don't need them if the cure is right. Great quality, underpriced IMO. Not complainin' though.
