I was trying to pay train with my debit card they charge me 500 PHP on 10 payments so double of taxi!!!
This company sound very dishonest.I was forced to block anything from the vendor as otherwise they will keep taking my money!!!!

I've tried multiple times to buy airline tickets in Thailand from the UK and whenever 2C2P is the payment processor my payment gets refused as 'possible fraud' whichever credit/debit card I use.

I can go to an airline website that doesn't use 2C2P as their payment processor and the same card is approved immediately.

It's annoying as I miss out on some of the best prices.

Also looking at 2C2P's details on Trustpilot Rama Road is in Bangkok not the USA.

Avoid. This company is 1 person pretending to be a organisation. They are just an agent who makes a commission from passing enquiries to other companies.

I am a Business Owner and I order some wigs from Facebook and, I found out through social media that I got scam from a fake page. These people should go to jail for false advertising and take advantage of people money. God don’t like ugly when you steal from other people

I was able to be scammed because they make it so easy for companies to rip you off. There is no way to contact the company I purchased from, no phone number and no email address. I was given a bogus tracking number that kept me busy until the product was marked as delivered.

Ridiculous! super inefficiency and slow company. Took almost a month to review your application and it been a month, but the review still not complete. The officer will reply once in a day to request a document, then took 5 working days to response and request for a same thing. If you are urgently need your website to be launch with payment gateway, this company definitely not suitable for you as their slow and steady culture will make you drag your initial plan for a month. FYI: It been a month and still not even approve yet, but keep asking for the same thing. Their culture will make you frustrated!

Payah banget sih layanan nya. Marketingnya slow response banget. Kebetulan yang Handle kita namanya Adwin Chandra, kita wa di grup tiap kali ada problem misal sabtu kita wa, selasa blm tentu di balas. Hari ini kita ingatkan aja sambil becanda eh leave Group 😅😅. Hello kita masih clientmu gitu lho. Tipis banget itu perasaan kaya irisan ayam suir di acara kondangan 😂😂

I have been messaging them on Facebook (2C2P) for over a week. They still have not fixed their credit card processing on TOPS online. I provided them with info and screenshots. I was led to believe it would be looked at. But now, every reply from them is, "Thank you for messaging us. We'll reply back ASAP."

2C2P protects scammers and thiefs, they do not require them to leave any sort of information that could lead back to them and refuses to give money back to the victims. They enable these operations and cover the tracks of people who commit the crimes.

I have not received a refund from the 4th January to my credit card despite their stock email to say it has been paid. Their emails are "no reply". Cannot contact them via any means to resolve issue

Lion Air (who the refund is on behalf of) say that they cannot help me and that the matter is in 2c2P hands not theirs.

The monthly statement report can missing record of withdrawal transaction on debit site and cause the available balance inaccurate.
