When you call the number listed in their terms and conditions (877 884 4738) you get a bot offering you a “free life alert device”. No way that’s real. You cannot ask them to delete your info. There is no way to stop receiving calls from random moving companies, which are probably all scams themselves.

Don't use this service. It sends your info across the web and youll get calls and texts all day for weeks.

Made my move much simpler with their Moving Cost Calcuator

Terrible. Jumped through hoops to get 2 recommendations from them. That was fine, but they gave my info and details to every moving company in the greater Houston area and they are calling me non stop even tho i used one of the 2 companies. Horrible website, dont give them anything. 0 stars

They ask for all of your details, tell you your quote is ready, then once you give them all of your contact details, they simple give you phone numbers to calls. Do not trust them!!

Scammer !!! Will sell your info and get your phone over run with spam calls.... AVOID!!!!!!

My biggest issue is how they WONT LEAVE YOU ALONE. I hadn’t realized they were more on the broker side. They got to my inquiry while I was out of state apartment hunting. I went through the motions of getting a quote. Then comes to classic sales pitches of “oh we have a cancellation, if you don’t book it down, your quote will be higher later”. Then came the harassment. I didn’t want to compare the numbers to what I had for doing the move on my own but was so busy apartment hunting that weekend, I couldn’t. I was getting calls, voicemails, texts, emails, etc. I’d get texts at 7 am on Saturday asking why I’m ignoring them. I literally just put off getting a new car for 2 years because aggressive salesmen stress me out relentlessly and make my anxiety so bad. They quickly lost my business with this approach.

They don't give you a quote. You have to input all your information then they just give you phone numbers to call for a quote. Terrible company.

Called 2 movers to get a quote, was asked if we were looking to lock in a rate and we informed them we are shopping around for quotes the rep said “keep shopping, king” and hung up the phone. Look elsewhere for your moving needs these people are disrespectful.

Terrible frauds. They don’t provide you with quotes despite their marketing. They just sell your information to hundreds of moving companies (I’m sure some are legit but multiple that contacted me were beyond sketchy.

And now the calls/texts will not stop. Every day it’s nonstop calls. Contacting 2movers didn’t do anything either as they already sold the info and do not respond to any outreach.

2movers do not move anything. They evidently sell your information to 10 other people that will start a ball rolling of phone calls from movers you didn't contact along with a dozen of emails you do not want. I suggest using a throw away email address if contacting these people. All I wanted was a single quote just to get an idea of costs for planning purposes. Now my phone is ringing off the hook with movers that I have to explain why I do not want a quote from them.

When I called to get a quote for moving from LV, NV to Chico, CA, a girl took all the information then she transferred me to a guy, he made me feel I am asking for mission impossible!! This is a prime time! So bussy time, high rate of ppl moving from and to CA .. .etc. and he told me $7,000 (yes you read it right Seven Thousand 🤣) I thought he was joking but he was dead serious. I got a whole 22-ft truck from Penske for 5 days for $1,000 plus couple hundred dollars for two movers here, $200 for 2 movers there and we done.

Called 2 movers to get an estimate & the representative started to argue & very rude. I was shocked at his bad attitude lack of customer service abilities. When he gave a quote I said I had another that was less & he became very angry saying I could not get estimate less then his. I also found out that 2 Movers are NOT a moving company as they outsource your estimate to moving companies to call you.

Last night I was looking up U-Haul rentals. 2Movers popped up offering to do the moving for me. I left my contact information and received a call this morning from a mover named Russell. We talked numbers and because I wasn’t able to commit due to funds. Russell suggested that I don’t contact them or any mover until I have funds to commit. Terrible customer service.

Trash playing games on the phone giving quotes that are double of anyone else’s rates. Seems like a phone scheme. Don’t trust these guys or give them any money. Not a real company and it’s hard to get there real location. Phone number isn’t registered. Unprofessional and called me names because I knew better about the prices.

The guy on the other end of this phone number 1 (877) 804-1448 for 2movers is awful. They have a sponsored google ad and it’s 65/hr to get you in but I called & this guy was the worst!! Our conversation lasted about 1 minute & it made me mad enough to write this review. Do NOT give them your business- their rating speaks for itself. I guess they are only long distance movers & any time I asked a question it was met with “we can’t help you”. Not nice at allllll go somewhere else!!! I wouldn’t want nasty ppl like this in my space. Glad “they can’t help me” & I’m not giving them my business.

Horrendous experience!

I went to what looked like a professional website to find a moving company for my cross-country move.
The 2 movers website linked me to a company called Ryder Relocations which looked like they had a reputable website, reviews, company information etc.

My experience with 2 Movers and Ryder Relocations has been nothing short of an absolute nightmare!! My husband and I hired Ryder Relocations to move our stuff because the price seemed reasonable at $2800 and they promised a 14 day delivery window over the phone with the sales team. First of all, they were a day late to pickup and delayed the pickup until the very end of the last day of the pick up window. Then, they charged us substantially more (almost $5000) than the quoted price upon arrival to pick up our stuff.

There's multiple phone numbers to call for Ryder Relocations - which is a red flag. When you call customer service, you wait for hours to get anyone on the line to talk to - and when you do speak with someone they say "it's not their department" and they cannot provide any information and provide you with another phone number to call. We've called customer service 20+ times and no one can tell us or provide a location or estimated delivery time, after a month of living without our things. This feels like robbery.

I am third trimester pregnant and had back issues from sleeping on a couch for 3 weeks until we finally bought a mattress after realizing our stuff won't be here anytime soon. We've had to buy thousands of dollars worth of household goods, clothes and furniture because our stuff has been delayed.

We are filing a complaint with BBB and the Department of Transportation. We will have to seek legal action against the company for not holding up this legal contract. This business shouldn't EVER be trusted with your money or your stuff!

2Movers is an absolute nightmare of a company to deal with. They picked up our belongings in October and as of now(December 19th), they still haven't delivered anything. This is not just a delay; they have broken their bill of lading contract and completely disregarded the 30 business day contract they promised in writing and during the sales call(although 30 days was the worst case scenario. Sales dude said it would be two weeks initially).

To make matters worse, they managed to ship my wife's precious wedding dress to the wrong location across the country. It's baffling how they could get something so important so incredibly wrong.

I strongly urge anyone considering using 2Movers to look elsewhere. This company's actions are borderline moving fraud, and they have caused us immense stress and frustration. We aren't exaggerating when we say this is an awful company. Steer clear to avoid the same nightmare we've been enduring. I hope this company goes bankrupt so they will stop scamming people out of moving with them.

I attempted to request a quote to move my mothers things from Detroit to my home in Alexandria. They called me multiple times a day for three days straight. I am a teacher and unable to take calls during most of the business day and having all the missed calls was annoying but not problematic. That, sadly, was the most pleasant part of dealing with this company. I called them back and was transferred to a gentlemen who gave an extremely hard sell before I gave him my requirements and told him I was not ready to schedule anything immediately but was instead simply gathering information I would then use to make a decision with my family. He never gave me a quote but instead asked what I might think a fair rate. I shared my number and asked what he thought they might charge based on the information share. He said "no one is going to move her things for less than 2k". For reference she has one armchair, one bookshelf, one love seat and a full sized mattress. I simply told him after that, "no thanks, I don't think we will be using your service." Then, as I was attempting to say thank you and disconnect he said, "Yeah, fine, go burn your mothers stuff then."
I have NEVER had anyone speak to me like that while attempting to transact business in my life! Add to this the fact that I called back to attempt to speak to a supervisor and was told that the supervisor was busy, there was no department for that, and that they could not share a supervisors name or number. This is OUTRAGEOUS and they should not be permitted to operate at all. I would not wish a call or an attempt to do business with these people to my worst enemy, or even a rabid dog. RUN, do not walk to another option for this service.
