Having been working from a makeshift office at home for a while now, I found my existing setup left me with back pain. The guys here recommended a great chair (Steelcase Amia), delivered very quickly, at a great price and in a superb condition. Least to say fab all around. Hopefully it won't lead to me doing longer hours at work...

I ordered a chair as am homeworking for the foreseeable and have no complaints. Chair looks good and the service was great, all in all a sturdy comfy chair for the long hours at my desk!

I'm not normally one for writing reviews but I have to admit that I took a leap of faith ordering from 2ndhnd so thought I'd pass on my experience. Previous reviews were mixed and some of the most positive reviews looked a little suspicious. However, I received my chair 13 days after placing the order and I'm fairly satisfied with the product. If you look closely it's obvious that the fabric has been replaced but it's not a terrible job. The wheels were filthy (presumably from the warehouse or delivery van) which marked my carpet and there's some very minor scratches on the plastic arms but nothing that wouldn't occur during normal use within 6 months.
Overall, I'm happy to have a really decent home office chair for not much money. I also used the 'best offer' feature on the website and they accepted it within a couple of hours.

I ordered a Herman Miller Mirra chair on the 3rd of January, and I am still yet to receive a delivery.

The expected delivery time advertised when I made my order was 5-10 business days, so after 10 business days I got in touch to check up on my order. 4 business days later, I got a response saying there had been delays in sourcing parts, which would arrive in early February, and that they'd be in touch when the product was ready to be sent for delivery.

It is now 33 business days after I made my order, and am yet to hear anything about delivery. I'm going to cancel my order as I can wait no longer.

Had I not been recommended the company by a friend, I would have been sure to cancel my order sooner, concerned that it were a scam. I feel very disappointed to have been sold a product that was not ready to ship.

I've left two stars rather than one as communication has been courteous, and supply chain issues are understandable at the current time.

I'd recommend getting in touch with them over the phone rather than ordering online, as the staff will likely know what is actually ready to ship.

Continue to be impressed with this company and their ability to refurbish premium chairs back to almost the manufacturers standard.

We are receiving corporate standard products at the price of the cheap Chinese imports. While saving the planet at the same time.

Every chair we reuse from 2nd means a new one doesn’t need to be made. No new leather, aluminium, steel, plastic, etc needs sourced, never mind the energy used in the manufacturing process.

We came for the sustainability and stayed for the price.

The guys was so helpful, ordeed a Aeron chair and arrived in great condition, driver even assisted me to set up.

J'ai commandé une chaise sur 2ndhnd fin novembre 2020 de la marque Steelcase qui à mis beaucoup de temps à arriver (le 16 février 2021) du à plusieurs souci, le BREXIT (mes fraies de douane ont été rembourse), une erreur de chaise (une nouvelle chaise m'a été envoyé). Steelcase Amia leather office chair arrived today by courier. Very pleased indeed with the item, all in excellent working order, a steal at £200 for a £1,000+ chair, and doing a little bit for the planet too. Easily far superior to any cheapo imported office chairs which I've recently had endless problems with. Do yourself a favour, buy a high quality 2nd hand chair instead. From start to finish my experience with this company has been positive. Late on a Sunday I placed an order for an office chair with some trepidation having seen some negative reviews but the chair advertised was what was wanted. I made contact by messenger to check some details and had an out of office reply that was friendly but my anxieties continued. First thing on Monday I had a response and reassurance. The query was answered well. The advertised delivery time was 14 days and I asked if it might possibly be a few days quicker. The response was ‘I’ll see what can be done though it’s complicated. ‘ .. The chair arrived within 5 days and is perfect! So thank you to this amazing company for not only supplying a very good office chair at a great price bug also going the extra mile on delivery.

My Herman Miller Aeron arrived within a week and so far i'm extremely happy with it. Everything works perfectly and for the price I paid it's extremely good value for money. Highly recommend!

Incredible. I figured I'd have to wait a little while to receive it based on some of the lower score reviews on here, but I received my chair in a week. Communication and service were flawless, I was able to track my order right up to my door which is always a massive bonus as well.

And the quality of the chair? 10/10.
