I ordered my Lee's Keto Gummies in January 2023. I also ordered only 3 bottles but I mistakenly thought they would later send a reminder for the refill so I clicked on refill. My bill was about R3500 in total. I was able to track my order but it got stuck somewhere in a European country. I can't remember. I contacted them via the chat bot and they sent me another order. I was able to track that order too. Eventually it arrived in South Africa but I did not receive any notification from customs that it arrived. I contacted the company again and they advised me to contact customs. After 9 months I finally received my gummies. And I did lose weight. People were wanting to purchase these gummies as well but by then the ads were no where to be found. I had to stop taking the gummies because I fell ill and had to take steroids, so unfortunately I gained the weight again. I also thought that they had scammed me but I was able to get my 8 tubs in total and it worked.

I order in 2002 Gummies, until now nothing, I complain on there side and then there is no such a order how does that work. And until now no product, I wanted one and then they mark six and just took the money from my bank and until now no product worst service ever. See the order below and now this does not exist on their records so i lose the money and my product

This is a scam company. I ordered one bottle and got charged for 5. Immediately contacted them to cancel the order and was told it was already underway and I could return it for the refund. Was sent a return form to fill out which stated it had to be returned within 7 days of receipt of the form. The product was sent from USA, arrived a month later and had to be returned to the UK. I sent it back immediately unopened, requested and was sent a second return form with the same 7day return limit and had the parcel tracked until it was delivered. No refund, no contact (email or phone) from them despite my many attempts to obtain a response. Cancelled my card a few days after the charge went through (no help from the card provider) and gave up trying to contact them a year ago. Still waiting.

This company is still operating. Exactly the same happened to me. Ordered 1, received 5. Got charged in US$ . Then the ordered was repeated by them. I am $626 out of pocket. Have cancelled my card but bank cannot guarantee this will help. Can’t dispute because I received goods.( which I haven’t opened!)

I orderered 8 months ago…nothing received yet. They dont answers mails and the 24 h live shat not working…must be scammers…dont order is my advise😵‍💫🙈

This is a scam I have been trying to get a refund after following all the return steps, NOTHING but stupid emails! I have now reported them PLEASE do not purchase. They are still sending to a dead friend:-(

Product took 4 months to get to me and it doesn't work and then they sent me an e-mail that they are processing a refill and debiting my card which is without authorization as I NEVER requested a refill!!!!

After a short while I was coming out in a rash every time I used the product. My doctor said to "just get rid of the stuff". 360 Nutrients did eventually agree to a refund. It never came.

I, too, got scammed by their 'auto-reorder' trick. Ordered Skincell with the highest hopes, was surprised to receive a second bottle a few weeks later. When I checked my credit card, I found that I had been charged for a THIRD bottle - I cancelled immediately, was told to return the unopened product for a refund. I did so, provided a tracking number, received NOTHING except sanctimonious advice about reading the fine print - which I wish I had done in the first place. Did I mention that the Skincell didn't even work? They told me to keep the bottle and use it more diligently.

Be very careful ordering from this company. There is an automatic reorder which is not obvious and they send you an email telling you, giving you 24 hours notice, and after they have taken the money off your credit card. You cancel it but you don't receive a refund or the goods. So cross!!

I ordered Keto Gummies. Arrived today, after 3 months. I didnt realize that the price was in $ so ended up paying R8000. Told them I wanted a refund and now that I want to return the parcel, no one can give me contact name, physical address or telephone number. The courier companies only deliver to physical addresses with actual contact person and phone numbers. They cannot provide me with this. I've been sitting on their chat all afternoon and emailing them. No luck......non existent. They only have a P.O. box number. Plus I ended up paying to collect the parcel from the Post office as well. How do they get away with this???

i paid them R3460.00 in March 2023 and till now have not received anything.
this is a scam as big as you can get.

Like some people have commented the order process was miss-leading and I ended charged with products I did not want. After endless correspondence they refunded for some of the order. 2 months passed and I haven’t received my order. ignominy

I ordered my stuff 0n the 06/01/2023 and it's now 01/05/2023 and it hasn't arrived. They asked if if u wish to have a refund and I said yes. I am still waiting for that. This is a total scam.

Do not support this company or purchase from them.

Like some people have commented I paid almost $500. I brought the Lets Keto without realising it was in US dollars for extra bottles.They gave me $100 refund but not a full refund. When the product was delivered I did not receive a notification and it was delivered to the post office. I had call the courier company and then post office to confirm the delivery. The worst part is the product does not work.

Please don’t buy. I chanced upon it on Facebook ad. Paid for the gummies online, received an email that I could track the package. Apparently it’s a SCAM. No response, unable to reach, no product.

I bought the gummy bears, 4 bottles total U$D159. when I wanted to pay they were charging me more than U$D 500 since they had added several more things that I did not ask for...after several chats they agreed to send what I requested...so far after 2 months, I have not received anything and always They tell me to wait a little longer This is a scam and they should be reported
