Had a Level 3 RICS Building Survey completed on a Grade II listed property in Wiltshire. Really thorough report, excellent pictures and references highlighting what needed to be addressed urgently and other work in slower-time. Great service supported by a really professional team who spent 7hrs on site and delivered report within 2 working days; great communication before and after visit. Really happy with 3 Counties who did a level 3 homebuyers survey for me. Especially impressed with their communication as a company. Tony was quick to respond to my initial enquiry and phoned me straight after the site visit to highlight the main points of concern. The report was then written in 3 working days and Tony was happy to talk through any questions I had after that which has given me greater clarity on how best to move forward.

We are in Australia and were considering a house in the UK. Tony sent us excellent information about the process of a UK building inspection. He then managed to fit us in on a Saturday morning. He carried out the inspection early in the morning and was able to phone us in Australia at a reasonable hour despite the time difference. He gave us a very detailed oral report which he followed up within a couple of days with a detailed written report.

Hayley and Tony were excellent. We have used them twice and both times had brilliant service. Hayley is really quick to reply to queries over email and Tony’s call after conducting the survey was really reassuring. The report was ready in less than a week and Tony was on hand and happy to answer any questions once we’d received the survey. We will be recommending to everyone!

The staff at 3 Counties Surveying, Ltd, including Hayley McKeown, the office manager, were very knowledgeable and helpful during the entire process of having a survey completed on my proposed property purchase. I'm not local to them, so all information had to be handled by email, yet I never felt out of the loop, or had any questions or emails not answered immediately. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone needing professional survey work done on a property.

Tony carried out our survey and provided us with lots of helpful information and photos. We were able to contact him after the survey was received to ask further questions which was really useful.
