Hi just wanted to put a fantastic review on trust pilot for this great family run company, from start to finish everything went very smoothly. From my initial emails & quotes from Melissa very helpful gave me a date for them to come to mine to cut 2 keys. Got a phone call on the day 23/03/2024 nice & early to tell me they was on the way, on arrival was met by Glen who explained everything, very knowledgeable & helpful & went that extra mile. I would give this company 10 out of 10. Great communication, fantastic price, very efficient. Will definitely recommend & use again. Many thanks Nige

Didn't get what I was quoted for.
When I phoned up for a quote (Jordan) I was told that they would be able to provide me with 2 new fold away keys for my van. However after the first visit was aborted due to "wrong components"on the Wednesday I was told they would return on Friday with the correct components to complete the job. At no time was I informed that instead of getting the job I was quoted for (fold away keys) I would be getting the opposite to what I had requested, (ridged key).When I called the office and spoke to Jordan expressing my disappointment the response I got was "I can always ask the technician to take the keys back and cancel the job). I don't feel this was very fair or professional after I had to stay at home for a second day and still didn't get what I was quoted for.

5 stars technician Dan came out to do my mercades cls key today as my other one had gone dead and did a great job thanks 😊

Had my spare key made by Ash today. Lovely chap! Really excellent service at my home address. Good price, much cheaper than the dealer price. Time will tell if it lasts. Got a year’s warranty with it. All round I’m impressed and please.

Wont look at using 3D Autokeys in the future. Contacted them for a quote for a fob, they quoted, started the booking process to then inform me they will be unable to carry out the work. Why quote when you cannot do the job.

Excellent service . Kept up to date with arrival times etc. quick response to email. Technician Glen was very friendly polite and professional. All sorted very quickly on my drive ! Thank you

Needed a spare key for my Saab. 3D Autokeys sourced a key and came to my home to cut and program the key - only took 30 mins and Glen (the technician) was great.

Brilliant job done by Glen! Very informative and I also learnt important information regarding my transit van from him!

Glen called before he arrived, got a new key cut and programmed to the car within an hour. Friendly efficient service, would recommend.

Glen had my car key, programmed cut and given to me within 30-40 minutes of arriving. Really friendly and so quick, enabling me to get back on the road again. Would recommend this service to anybody, made so much more less stressful.

Easy booking process, kept well informed up to Glen arriving to complete the work on appointment day. Glen was polite and professional, rang in advance of arriving half an hour later, as promised. Very happy with the service throughout and price was competitive.

Did have to wait 3 weeks for appointment,but to me that wasn't a problem had a Luke warm spare. Glen and Chris came around and sorted it out, a lot cheaper than I had been quoted locally, very happy bunny. Thanks to all at 3DAUTOKEYS!

Very pleased with the service that I have been provided. Technician rang 1hour prior to arriving as promised. Arrived on time, worked efficiently and was able to advise me competently. Excellent service, great price and COVID safe throughout the appointment. Would certainly recommend

Although getting a price for the job you want and making an appointment with 3D is very easy quick and convenient. The service I had was terrible. So my key fob has been in a bad way for a while in regards to buttons but still managed to get along with it untill the fob stopped locking my car I had to do it manually with the key ( due to a switch coming off the board inside the key which I New about ) so finally made the jump to getting a after market key. The guys came round took my key few minutes later told me that because it’s a aftermarket key fob sometimes the code they have to programme the fob to my car doesn’t work. But they could solder my key inside back together so they new about the issue anyway for 60£ Or to contact office to order a genuine key in. would of perhaps thought it would of been a nice gesture to solder the key anyway given they couldnt do the job in the first place. So contacted head office got quoted £230 so a extra 100£ from the quote I got in the first place. So I thought Not a issue I’ll just go to the bmw an order a genuine one in which works out cheaper aswell for that matter. The next day when I tried getting into my car again the fob had stopped working all together so not only could they not do the job I wanted they even broke my key further and by the way left chunks out the case trying to get into the key. Won’t be using these guys again or even recommend them to anyone else. Way Over priced and the services you receive are terrible.
