I order sculpfun s10 extended + rotary. They shipped the machine surprisingly fast. The issue is they did not send the additions I paid for. I only got the default sculpfun s10, no rotary, no extension, even though I paid for it. I am pretty dissatisfied.
I have been trying to contact support for days. They dont answer the phone, they don’t return voicemails, they haven’t returned my email, and they haven’t returned my live chat on their website. I am not sure who is managing this operation but how does one get support around here?

EDIT: from 2 stars to 5. Dave responded by email and quickly made sure to get the entirety of my order shipped out. Problem is solved and everyone is happy.

We ordered a Makerbot Sketch and it arrived quickly . The machine was in perfect condition and shipped fast . Price was also less than Amazon. Wonderful company to work with .

Great experience! Printer came with some defaults but not their fault the companies! Will definitely be getting my filament from here on out! Great quality compared to everywhere else! 🙏🏼 couldn’t be more happier thanks!

Order #3DW148022 placed in May and they never shipped the order. Reached out to them multiple times. Such a scam.

Best price I have seen on 3d printers and the product I received went above and beyond my expectations.

Lotmaxx shark v3 10/10 for my first printer a couple of challenges but a very worthwhile hobby thanks for the prompt delivery and quality equipment I will be returning for my 3d needs

Was easy to order and find what I was looking for. Pretty fast delivery. Waiting on a second order of a printer this time so will have to update again but so far so good.

We are missing pieces to put the printer together.

The product I received had the updates that most did not offer. Some of those are having an updated air nozzle extra y cable for updating the laser. Sorry they sent me a comgrow z1 10 watt laser engraver. Truly a great experience.

These guys are on top of it. Most definitely better customer service follow through than many other companies. I had a few questions about my order and within 36 hrs (small number of employees) they were back in contact with answers and info. Definitely recommend these guys!

My shipping issue was ultimately resolved; however, when given an initial tracking number, I found out a week later that it never actually shipped. Customer service encourages email correspondence, which is fine but when on the phone with a service representative, I do believe that there is a customer service responsibility to solve problems in real-time with a real person on the phone.

By below rating was true, now not so much.. I am not a happy Camper, and i think they seem to stall at their promise, at first it seems great, till you learn they sold something that is mis represented and they they take there time trying or dealing taking care of you..as they promised..Now it will take along time to get approvals to get a refund? Why? lol..whats up with that? before they told me what I wanted to hear, so that is what I left what I said in the beginning, I will be lucky to get my money back it seems, $3k!! but I will use my apple card to fight them..

These guys have to be the best I ever seen in customer service, always there to answer questions, and on the ball when it comes to your order..above and beyond..

UPDATE: The two extra spools I bought for this machine or not rated for this machine, it says it can take it but the heating element in the temperature of the plate never get to where the filament means and I get spaghetti every time with zero adhesion. Googled it, watched the YouTube videos, and reached out to knowledgeable people and still with me all the Tweaking no luck. Spaghetti, with or without tape on the plate. Am I stuck with two unusable spools?

I placed an order on March 31, 2022. My printer still has not shipped. They blame this on where I live - Alaska: and Fullfillment by Amazon, I have called numerous times to speak with someone to get actual information beyond just these simple excuses - they will not call me back. Caveat emptor!

You guys were fast on getting my printer was unbelievable ty I only have one problem the 3d printer after a month broke down not your fault it was the artillery people
