Great quality, exactly what I expected, they look fabulous.

The curtains were made and delivered promptly. I am very happy with the quality and the customer service was also great in assisting us in exactly how to hang the curtains (have only ever used blinds in the past)

I recently received my custom white linen curtains, and they arrived right on schedule, perfectly tailored to my specifications. The slubbed linen fabric is exquisite, and the craftsmanship is evident. The customer service was exceptional—I will definitely be placing another order!

We recently purchased a custom sized linen sheet set from 3HLinen and are very happy with our purchase. The communications with 3HLinen (here in Australia and overseas) throughout the process were excellent. We were regularly provided with updates on progress, right through to delivery. The sheets were delivered within the time frame indicated.We have been using the sheets for about 6 weeks (in rotation) and have found the quality wonderful and the seamstress work to make them oversized excellent. We plan to buy another set when there is a sale. Highly recommended.

The finished product was good but it took so long for the order to arrive. It was made to measure but was basic stitching of hems for a simple kitchen curtain. I was expecting it to arrive within 2 weeks but took longer to arrive.

The customer service was/ is very friendly, approachable and helpful 💕. The cushion covers in sky blue were/ are of such fine quality that I instantly ordered some curtains. I’ll write another review after receiving them.

So disappointed. Expensive, Half the order didn’t arrive, terrible customer service. Website designed to look to be in Australia but all comms appear to be from numerous other countries.

I’m super happy with the quality of my linen shower curtain. It was quite a bit of money to spend on a shower curtain but it’s actually really beautiful and I’m glad I went for it. The experience of buying through 3hlinen was good. In my opinion it was a little bit too much communication! I was getting a lot of emails updating me on the progress of my order, but I appreciate that if I wasn’t getting notified of its progress I might get worried about the wait. I will definitely be going back to this website for my next linen purchase.

Beautifully made and the presentation/packaging was really lovely. Untying the ribbons and unfolding each curtain was quite a moment! Great quality.
I had a few reservations when the process was delayed and whether the colour would be as advertised, but communication was clear and responsive.
Fairly expensive but I couldn't find what I wanted anywhere else and I am very happy with my linen curtains.

I ordered bed linen that I customised with ease thanks to the very user friendly web site. I was a little tentative as to what I was ordering, as you can be with online ordering, but when the product arrived, having been made in Italy, I was absolutely thrilled with the outcome! The time line was very good considering it was made to order, and I communicated with supplier, through emails, as order advanced and they were very prompt and honest with response.
Highly recommend and I will be ordering through 3H linen again.

Love this company, their products and their service ethic. A smooth and enjoyable experience, this team really cares about their business and customers.

The product is lovely. Happy with end result. It just took a a couple months from when we ordered to when it arrived. Which is to be expected when custom order but I had not really considered or was aware of at the time of ordering.
