I was enticed by the lower cost at 499, but the first cartridge of a set won't work, and after a week I still have not gotten a response from them. I'd suggest save any emails from them and test a car... Toon meer

Hello we are sorry to hear about this, it sounds like an ink flow issue, which is usually easily resolvable and we will contact you to resolve or replace.
Excellent company to purchase from
I buy alot of ink because i homeschool three children and i like to make alot of printables and packets to help keep us busy. I asked another homeschooler what they did to keep the cost of ink down and she told me about 499inks. I had tried refillable cartridges in the past and had them fail miserably so when i saw these were remanufactured inks i was hesitant at first so i just ordered one of each that i needed to try them out. Even with my very finicky newer Epson printer, these inks preformed great! My printer recognized them with no problem and the print quality is great. Now, it isnt a 100% perfect match to the geniune epson inks, but i would say it is at least a 80-90% match. The very minor difference is in color depth. To me and my purposes, this was no problem, especially considering how much money i am saving! I now only purchase ink from this company. I would recommend them 100%! Also, the shipping is very quick! I normally have the inks at my house within 5 days of placing my order.
I should also note that this company is really great in dealing with you if you have a problem with their product. There was one time a bought a batch of cartridges from them and it seemed like my black drained way faster then normal for there inks which typically last just as long as the epson inks. I called them and they sent me new ink for free. It took a few days for them to come to their decision to do so but they sent it out immediately and so i had them pretty quick.

An excellent proudct at a rediculous low price.
At first, I was very skeptical about purchasing the "clone" Brother printer cartridges as the cost for 4-cartridges was approximately $10.00 each.
Compared to having to pay approximately $60.00 for one cartridge here, in Canada, makes one wonder if the "clone" model really works.
Answer: Works like a charm. Think you people at 499inks.com should get serious about advertising your products in Canada.
In speaking to three of my friends they asked for your e-mail address to see if you have printing cartridges for their machines.
Hoping to see some advertising from you people in the near future.

Ordered the wrong cartridges and 499inks policy is no returns if package is opened.
I'm stuck with 5 ink cartridges I can't use and no refund of my $29. I'll just go to Wal-Mart next time.

We are sorry about the trouble, we see from our notes regarding our communication with you that you ordered the wrong items, but we can still take them back if they are not opened/used. If they are opened/used, we won't be able to take them back (we can't resell or use opened or used products), but we can still make a courtesy discount to you on items that you do need. We will contact you with some ideas to resolve for you.
Excellent Value Provider
I have a Lexmark and WA on the. Verge of having to spend lots of money for a new printer and I came across this site and the cost and Quality of their Ink products really helped me out a bunch.
Thank you for not being an over greedy Coprprate GIANT

The price is right!
I have an HP color printer that uses 564XL cartridges. I have gotten both the premium cartridges for $8.49 and the remanufactured ones for $4.99. So far I have not had issues with any of them. Just pop them in and they work! It was been a savings of over $50 so far.I will continue to use 499inks.com for my cartridge needs.
