Happy and satisfied
We have a project of converting carehome into apartments. This was our first experience to apply for planning permission from council. 4D planning was really helpful, particularly Elie. First of all, they gave us a very clear outline and cost breakdown structure. There was no confusion and hidden costs. They were patient with our ideas and minor amendments throughout the process. We had regular meetings online. They all were friendly and committed to great service.Highly recommend !!!

Excellent service and pro-active with the local council
We used Elie to help manage a planning application for Permission for a Development. The process took over a year. The communication and changing requirements from the local Council was frustratingly slow with the after-effects of COVID and WFH. Elie was extremely helpful, professional, competent and positive to keep the process moving in the right direction. A very good experience and result for us. We would highly recommend

Seamless side return extension submission
4D Planning helped us to the design and submission of our side return extension in Walthamstow. We knew what we wanted and they helped us to shape our ideas into something that was feasible for submission with their accurate measurements from our site.
We worked very closely with Elie who was very professional, responsive and helpful.
They helped us make the right decisions to get our designs through planning and introduced us to other partners like party wall surveyors to make our whole process seamless.
