We needed some support on business development but lacked the resources to employ someone fulltime, 4Marketing were excellent as they allowed us to choose our package, the methods we wanted and always checked any copy, logged recordings of calls and did exactly what was asked. Sam was a trooper on the phones, logging hours and great calls with speed and diligence and Jay constantly analysed our data and suggested new approaches. It's hard to fault a company where the team is very invested in the outcome and delivering great results. Top Notch

DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME!

Total waste of time, Zero ROI.

We gave them hand-selected data record cards, c1000 emails, numbers etc. Spent over £8k+ with them, using 2 senior campaign managers over 200 hours.

We had to pull the plug on 1 senior, as she couldn't follow the script (100 hours in) and cancel the contract at 150 hours. After they booked only 4 Unqualified Meetings, out of a pre-agreed target of 30!

NO ACCOUNTABILITY FROM THE VERY TOP! Dismissed the poor quality of calls, saying the effort is still there. When you pay expensive outsourcing rates, you expect the skill, quality and sales ability to be on show.

Refund for the unused 50 hours, took a month to be actioned. Trying many tricks not to pay.

4Marketing take zero accountability and still insist they did a good job.
We engaged with 4M on a 200 hour telemarketing/email campaign, with the expectations of them booking 30 qualified meetings.
We gave them all the data and created an extremely simple sales deck, giving them multiple USP's of our business. We even emailed all the clients beforehand to make their calls warm. All they had to do was follow a simple script.
But they were completely incompetent.
So much so, after 100 hours we had to remove one of their "experienced" campaign managers, because she wasn't able to read the script properly.
At 100 hours we forced a review because the results were so poor, the quality of their calls was shocking - they were literally making stuff up about our business and saying stuff that didn't even make sense.
We cancelled the contract after 150 hours as they had booked, in total, 4 meetings, 2 of which were actually call backs (not real meetings), and the other two weren't qualified.
I cannot stress highly enough how poor our experience was.
We entrusted our business development with 4Marketing and we have literally wasted 3 months and £6K+ with ZERO ROI.

4Marketing are a great company to work with! My company has been working with them for the last 3 years and we are very happy with the results they produce for us. One core difference 4Marketing have going for them is the people who work there, everyone is very personable and professional, exactly the sort of team that you would want to represent your company.

Ive been working with 4Marketing for over 8 years now, the team have constantly improved over this time and the level of service they offer their clients has never dipped, very communacative and focused on getting some great results

I spent £5k with them on a lead generation campaign for my business. They produced no new clients - literally £0 ROI. The 3 or 4 leads they tried to send over were very poorly qualified and were not ready for us to handle. Reviewing their agent's calls and emails, they were very weak and made a lot of rookie errors. They have no quality assurance or coaching department and sadly have been content with taking my £5k while providing zero value back. This is after complaining to their MD who ran an email only campaign to try and provide some value, this again resulted in nothing and we never heard back from them. Please avoid this company, they are poor performers and have zero accountability.
