I faced multiple serious deposit issues…

I faced multiple serious deposit issues while using 4rabet, and the experience has been extremely frustrating due to inconsistent payment handling and repetitive support responses.

Transaction 1:

- Amount: ₹999.98
- UPI Ref No: 608966460564
- Support Ticket: SUP-1271104

My payment showed “Successful” from the bank/payment app side, but the amount was never credited. Support later stated that the payment provider was “still processing the transaction” and that the funds had not yet reached them.

Transaction 2:

- Amount: ₹7,200
- UPI Ref No: 603313540811
- Support Ticket: SUP-1381406

Again, the payment was marked successful from my side and the amount was debited from my bank account. After long follow-ups, I was informed that the transaction was officially marked as “Failed” by their payment provider and that I should contact my bank to locate the funds.

The major issue is the lack of proper resolution and clear accountability between:

- merchant,
- payment provider,
- and banking channels.

Despite sharing successful payment screenshots, UTR numbers, and repeated follow-ups, responses were mostly repetitive/copy-paste replies with no clear settlement tracking or meaningful assistance.

Users should be cautious while making deposits because even transactions marked “Successful” may reportedly fail internally, resulting in long disputes between banks, payment providers, and merchant support.

MULTIPLE ISSUES WITH 4RABET

I made 3 deposits. 1500 on 30 April, 3000 on 06 April and 3000 again on 6th April again. From day 1, I have been told to be patient and your specialists are doing everything to credit my cash

Now , on 17 May 26, neither me nor 4rabet team have any clues of the deposits made by me. I have demanded multiple times, till this date, either you credit my cash or provide me bonus/ freebets as a compensation for the delays happening from your part.

4rabet is not even saying , they haven't received the cash or not received. If a confirmation is given, I can approach my bank for chargeback. All they say is , my deposits are under process.

II. Erroneous Calculation of Weekly Bonus / Non credit of monthly reload bonus

I am using 4rabet platform since 2020 and since then the payment system of 4rabet is flawed(let it be deposits / withdrawals). In 2024 my account was categorised as VIP player. Initially , they have announced 15% cashback weekly for lost amount. But 15% were never credited as weekly cashback. Personal Managers monthly bonus was also 'never credited'. Since , the issues of withdrawals became severe in 4rabet since July 2024, I started betting in 1xbet, also. 1xbet has a clear set of instructions when I'm moving to next VIP slab. As of now , I'm getting 8% cashback bonus on 1xbet for lost money every 5th day as VIP cashback.

Even after 6 years of betting history with 4rabet, I'm merely getting 4% weekly cashback

For example, I had lost 64000 in betting in last week alone in 4rabet. What , they have credited is 2400, whereas in Ixbet I should have got 5120. Monthly reload bonus , have never been credited.

So from my personal experience, I would request my fellow betters, to find a better platform for betting , than this rigged 4rabet who neither delivers what they advertise or support their customer's in any way.

Very disappointing experience with…

Very disappointing experience with 4rabet. Account blocked after I won ₹11.67 lakh.

I have been playing on 4rabet for almost a year. During this time, I have lost money many times and also won sometimes. Everything was working fine before. I had already completed document verification earlier, including withdrawals, and there was no major issue at that time.

Recently, I won around ₹11.67 lakh within the last 2–3 days. After that, they suddenly asked me for video verification. I completed the video verification and provided all the information they asked for.

The only thing I could not clearly remember was something related to a bonus question, because I do not normally use bonuses to play. After that, they sent me an email saying my account was banned for violating their rules and told me to check sections 5 and 13 of their terms.

This is very unfair and concerning. When I was losing money, everything was fine. When I won a big amount, suddenly my account did not pass verification and got blocked.

I asked them to explain the exact reason, but they only gave a general response about rules. I want a clear explanation:

What exact verification issue failed?
Which document or answer was wrong?
Why was my account allowed to play and deposit/withdraw before?
Why was the issue raised only after I won ₹11.67 lakh?

This feels like they are avoiding payment after a big win. I am ready to provide any documents again and fully cooperate, but blocking my account without clear proof or proper explanation is not acceptable.

I want 4rabet to review my case properly, give me the exact reason, and release my legitimate winnings if there is no real violation.
