First of all my username is nmaxim101, secondly personal manager hasn't changed yet, third as a high roller and loyal customer you can't even offer decent bonus. It's such a shame and SHAM. I feel not only undervalued but feel now that you have completely duped me.

Rajbet offers so called VIP personnel managers who do not even operate through Rajbet official domain and use Gmail. They offer false promises and promotion to lure players and control outcome of the bonus. Something has gone wrong with Rajbet Indian set up. Before 2 to 3 years they had good customer service managers and fulfilled their promises.
Now it's all a scam. They have outsourced it to scums and scammers. When I asked to change personnel so called vip manager she (if actually a she or he who knows) got grumpy. Acts like a boss or promoter of company saying that I will get no change in manager. Also there is no escalation process and they operate without any seniors or supervisor. All scam. Looks like Rajbet has employed third party hackers and scammers. So much for Indian focussed customer service. I am hence complaining and leaving. After millions of Rs in deposit and losses this is how they treat their VIP / Loyal customers.

I am facing issue when i am trying to access your website.

Finally received the amount in account but giving 3 stars just because of your support system, it works like robot, to make services better you should make human friendly customer services , like they should feel like they are talking with humans not with robots are they keep on sending copy paste messages, and to make services better you can start call back option as well, rest things are absolutely ok at your app.

Rajbet is cheating with users.I have created an account at Rajbet & made Deposit of Rs 10,000 Rs & get 25,000 Rs & I won 2Laks Rupees. After that Rajbet Banned my account. So I requested to all users, dont play at Rajbet.

I had to put another review for the reply. Why are you giving me just 20000 I need 20000 plus my winnings of 72000. If you think that there is any fault from my emd keep that 20000 as well with you guys if not I am looking to get total 92000 and I know how to get it. You people just take money but never give any winnings. I am expecting a reply on this asap if not I would be continuing to give updates every day. I am fine loosing that 20000 but I need total amount of 92000.i am ok to get rid of all this messages if my 92000 is transferred to my account. I didn't take any bonus as well and that's not fair not to give the Winning amount.

I have placed around 10 bets in cricket to win that amount of 72000. How are you determining that I have used unfair technique? did God come and told me the results or are you thinking I have paid to cricketers to win those bets.

This site is not worth for 1 star also. This is cheating site. Don't loose ur money by playing with this cheating site. That is my humble request. After I have done 30k deposit they have given bonus for 45000. After completion of my wagering I have 228000 in my account. They blocked my account without any reason and after contacting livechat they are saying you have done bonus abuse which is not correct. This is fradulent site. They are attracting customers by giving huge bonus and they will block ur account if you win money. So don't play with this cheating site
