Good broker to trade with, good leverage and offered me some credit to help with equity-margin. Been withdraw money from this broker many times and had no issues.Been with them for over a year.

SCAM Took 10677 USD

April after make 10,677 usd i was request withdrawal small amount 210 and they complete without any problem but after request 11,877 they started say many reason for withdrawal verification i have upload everything they want they delay from 14 April up to 20 April final they decide to terminate my account without any reason and steal 10,677 this is big scam broker ever seen please stay away from the SCAM

We understand that having an account closed is frustrating—especially when there are funds involved—but we’d like to clarify a few important points for transparency.

Your account (ID 283293 / Trading Account 109350) was not terminated “without reason.” As clearly outlined in our prior compliance communication, the closure followed a confirmed breach of our Terms and Conditions.

To address your timeline: your initial smaller withdrawal was processed successfully, as it did not trigger any compliance concerns. However, subsequent activity prompted a routine review, during which the breach was identified. At that point, we requested verification documents (which you provided—thank you), and completed a thorough investigation before making a final decision.

We don’t “take” funds lightly, nor do we label situations arbitrarily. Decisions like this are made carefully, documented thoroughly, and always in accordance with the rules agreed upon at account registration. If anything, we’re quite boringly consistent about it.

We appreciate that this outcome is not what you hoped for, but describing it as a “scam” doesn’t reflect the facts of the case. We remain available through our official support channels should you wish to revisit the details already shared.
