Installers canceled an hour before installation.
I wouldn’t recommend due to a couple of reasons. Our loft cost $3,000 and the driver/truck called me an hour before the installation and cancelled. It was scheduled for a Saturday and then rescheduled for the next Wednesday, so, needless to say, the cancellation complicated our work week and ruined a good Saturday. The corporate office is located in Georgia and I expressed my displeasure when they did a follow up call. I was told a manager would call me back. That never happened. At 3k for 400sq feet of carpet, you can do better. Although the carpet is nice, I wouldn‘t recommend.
