I have been taken Lungwort Extract from 5Greens for the past few weeks and during this time I had a cold that affected the lungs. I can say that the Lungwort Extract helped me breath better during this difficult time. I will continue to use them every day as I suffer from asthma also and I think they help a lot. Service was excellent on delivering the products.

Querticin caused me stomach bloating and pain in my belly button. It is not suitable for me.

Been using 5greens for many years. Great products with no unwanted fillers, competitive prices. The magnesium glycinate cures cramp- get bad cramp in my legs if don't take this daily. Also good for other things of course.

I have bought their supplements for years now and naively trusted what says on the label is accurate until one of my friends made me ask myself if i have been blindly trusting this company.
So I thought I will ask them directly if they comply with the food standards in uk or if they have any certifications to prove their claims of pure supplements with no chemicals or other nasties in them and to my surprise they did not even bother replying to my message.
I have, since i bought most of them on ebay, contacted them through ebay to hopefully get an answer but silly i was thinking they will reply to me. I have emailed and msg on every platform i found them and they do not reply to this question. I have spent hundreds of pounds on their supplements and I will make a complaint to Trading Standards and FSA.

I see all of these 5 star reviews from so many people stating how pure and clean their products are but how do you know they are good and clean ? Has anyone went to a lab and spent £100 to have a £10 pack of vitD capsules tested to see the actual ingredients? I’m sure they did not.
I one have stopped buying these and will never get anything from this company again, although once i have started looking around and asking questions, it looks like 90% of all these companies selling supplements online are the same, massive scam as they are not well regulated and if they don’t have third party testing on their products they don’t even know whats in them as most are getting their powders, if not full product, from abroad and have to themselves blindly trust their suppliers.

Hope this helps other people from wasting money on supplements that they don’t want to share with you how they make and prove that they are clean, not just write it on the bag.

A friend gave me a couple of these when I stayed her house. They worked well so I ordered some for myself. They arrived quickly and I’ve been amazed by how well I feel, the morning after taking them. I just feel slightly spaced out, when I’ve definitely had enough alcohol to deserve to feel really rough. What’s most impressive is that my sleep tracker shows that I’m having much better quality sleep! My sleeping heart rate is lower and more steady and I’m getting into healthy deep sleep much quicker. I’m totally sold!

I only use a couple of supplements and one of them is 5greens tong kat Ali I feel like it does es make feel a little more alert and energised during workouts and if you combine it with a good ashwaghanda supplement they will both help reduce cortisol the the stress hormone that can effect muscle building it's only one ingredient no fillers they got packet sizes for all pocket sizes so whether your bulk buying or month to month both are affordable options it's decent strength as well quick delivery during the week and they do have a wide selection of other natural supplements as well

I am a type two diabetic and take a weekly injection. I have found that my normally very very strong nails are splitting and breaking. I think this might be a side effect of Trulicity so I ordered Biotin B7 from 5greens to see if this would help the situation. Although I have not been taking the tablets very long I can already see an improvement. I love to buy my supplements from 5greens as they have no cellulose or fillers. Very happy so thank you 5greens x

I've had a back problem since a fall years ago. I suspected this was due to calcifications in the area. I've only taken 1 capsule of Natural Chanca Piedra Extract 500 mg daily for about 2 weeks, and it has relieved some of the back pain. I shall continue with them for a while yet and see if this will get rid of the pain altogether.

Astaxanthin. I received my product very efficiently and quickly. I enjoy 5 Greens products due to the fact that there are no fillers and it is the genuine supplement. Its probably a little too early to see the benefits as I am just under 2 weeks in. I have started with one capsule a day opening the capsule and putting it into some MTC oil and taking it like that. It has a pleasant mildly sweet taste.
