Review on their real silver, white gold plated chain
I'm rating them based off the issues I had and how it was resolved.
-Purchase and updates: 3/5 ‐ After the purchase, there was no updates for 1 week. I inquired via phone call to figure out what happened.
They were out of stock for the product I ordered, but did not update their website. They were nice enough to upgrade to a different length (more expensive) free of charge.
-Shipping: 4/5 ‐ Shipping was fairly quick, the customs fee were covered by 6ice. However, they advertised residents of Toronto receives free shipping, but I was charged.
-Customer Support web chat: 0/5 ‐ I inquired about their moissanite piece, regarding what is their diamond weight equivalent. The customer rep copied the info off their website, which didn't answer my question. The rep took my Gmail account and said they'll get back to me, they didn't.
This tells me they have no idea about the jewellery they're selling, and it's most likely dropped shipped from China
(My Assumption) .
-Product: 4/5: I bought their real silver (white gold plated) moissanite cuban chain, it passed the moissanite / diamond tester. I didn't get a chance to confirm the actual metals they used in their product, but a jeweler did look at it and confirm rhodium might be in it, due to how dark it was .
*Issue* Their chain did not hang straight, when worn it kinked immediately. I requested a refund.
-Refund/Return: 4/5 ‐ Refund was easy to initiate, I did pay for the return fee that was suggested ($5). They provided the label and the customs information (commercial invoice). Customer service via email was very supportive.
*Issue* I reached out via email to customer support again, because I noticed they have taken more than 15% restocking fee when they refunded a lesser amount.
They did rectify this afterwards, however if the product is being returned because it's defective, there shouldn't be a restocking fee in my opinion. Buyers remorse, I can understand the restocking fee.
Overall rating score 15/25 = 60%
Equates to 3 stars.

There was a small technical issue on our end where the size was still showing as available even though it was out of stock — that’s all fixed now. We’re sorry for the inconvenience this caused, and we’re glad we were able to make it right for you.
Your feedback about the live chat experience is especially valuable. You should always be able to receive clear and helpful information without needing to follow up. We’re sorry this wasn’t the case here, and we’re actively reinforcing internal training to improve consistency and overall support quality.
To clarify, all of our pieces are designed and produced in-house by our own jewelers. Our moissanite pieces are made from solid .925 sterling silver and finished with real gold plating. For Iced Cuban chains—especially longer styles—laying the chain flat with the stones facing up before wearing, keeping the clasp centered, and storing it flat after use could help prevent tangling.
We also understand how frustrating additional customs /or shipping fees can be. These are sometimes applied by carriers and are unfortunately outside of our control. That said, we’ve reached out via Trustpilot and would really appreciate the opportunity to look into this further and improve your experience once we hear back from you.

My entire experience with this company was exceptional! The prices were very low for the quality items I ordered. I also screwed up my shipping address so the order got sent back, but customer service reached out to me right away and helped me get the package resent to the correct address. Chain arrived very quickly. Wrapped and secured almost too good I couldn’t even get it out of the protection. Chain is very nice, but the clap is horrible.
