Brilliant I loved the cars as it was my first time driving. I also loved how the staff were so supportive and helped me and guided me through the track. One thing I would like to say is that if the cars were washed because it would make them more vibrant and better. We will be coming back soon! Thank you for a wonderful time!

If you get into any sort of "collision" (no matter how minor ie, scratched bumper), and even if you were following the driving instructor's directions, they will ban you from the rest of the experience no matter how many cars you have left. This includes the hot lap driven by the professional. We even paid for the collision waiver. The man running this experience (owner?) was also very rude to me and I felt poorly treated after spending £400+ down the drain for a birthday gift. Don't waste your money.

paid for an Aerial atom track experience but spent most of the time waiting to be waved past school kids driving sports cars slowly, no feedback afterwards, waste of time and money

Underwhelming experience and they try to get more money out of you at every opportunity, including £3 to park your car! Staff were good but the cars and the facilities (at Stafford) were all a bit battered.

Firstly I need caveat this review by saying the instructors must have a difficult job finding the balance between keeping things safe and letting you enjoy the experience especially when they don’t know you from Adam, it isn’t something id like to do.

I have previously done a few track days but the only other driving experience day I have done was a single seater experience around the Yas Marina Circuit where you are following an instructor (with more talent) with this experience there was late braking and high speed corning, the stopping ability and grip the car offered was really the biggest thrill. It was excellent and would recommend it to anyone.

On to the 6th gear experience. Its was well organised, there wasn’t much hanging around and there were lots of nice cars to look at and hear. The driving experience itself however was a massive disappointment, ive always wanted to experience an Ariel Atom on track and I still don’t feel like I have. Firstly it was dual controlled, understandable but I will come on to that, secondly the mirrors are set up for the instructor which is a really uncomfortable feeling in such an exposed car, again I understand why this is done but im sure it would be very easy to retro fit a second set for the driver on to the Atom and thirdly you have to keep the car in 5th for the entirety of the lap.

On to the laps after exiting the pit lane I was approaching the first chicane when the instructor broke the car for me not heavily and way too early and said “there’s a chicane there mate” this caught me by surprise and was pretty unsettling. This went on for the next few corners, I didn’t feel like I was in control of the car and it was really confusing, I even offered to go in. The final 2 laps (apart from the last chicane where we reverted back to the first lap protocol 😊) were of me following every instruction from the instructor micro managing the lap, he was getting me to lift off and then after what felt like an eternity to only then apply the brake, all very counter intuitive. The only time I felt in control of the car was on the straights where you could put your foot down but as we were exiting the corners at such low speeds it honestly felt so much slower than my electric daily.

If you want some pictures with some nice cars or get a thrill from driving in a straight line then go for it, but I wouldn’t call this experiencing a car.

Firstly, sorry to read some of the bad reviews on here, I have to say, my experience today 11.7.25 was the polar opposite.
I found the instructors x3 to be very engaging and very informative with precise professional guidance whilst encouraging me to get the most out of the experience. 3 of my instructors, Andy, T (a lovely lady), and Callum were like having a good friend sat next to you equally enjoying the fun. I have to say, 1 instructor Alan, was a bit quiet and I couldn't here him, luckily this was on my last drive in a 911 turbo so I new the track and lines. It may have been because the car was quite loud and had plenty of pops&bangs.
The day is quite a lot of money on the face of it once you add in the extra charges, like full cover insurance, sighting laps, parking charges, double length drive x4, a passenger ride, then travel etc, however, I cannot wait to do it again and absolutely will as soon as I've saved some dosh.
Quote of the day was from T. She said "I hope Andy has taught you good lines, because I don't do slow" as I sat behind the wheel of the Lamborghini Giardo. Nice one T. Loved it.

Dirty cars. More dash lights than a Christmas tree.
Misleading customer information on the booking process. Pay for an extra 3 laps, pay for a premium track to then find out they change your expected total of 6 laps to 6 miles! This is actually then 3 laps.
Very clever way on conning additional money from consumers. Inconsistent and misleading information on the website.
I was told it was ‘hidden in the small print’.
Read carefully and spend your money wisely.

Driver instructors were amazing. My 12 year old grandson is autistic and finds it difficult to understand instructions, instructors were fantastic with him and gave him the confidence to complete all his laps
