Was a bit skeptical but now a beyond satisfied customer
Shoes were exactly as expected. Perfect fit, very comfortable. I wore them on 2 occasions and received compliments both times. Shipping was fast! I ordered 2 pair each due to sizing concerns and 7or9 accepted my returns immediately and credited my account promptly. I can confidently say - they fit true to size. I am a 37 and that is what fit perfectly. I found 7or9 via a Youtuber and was a bit skeptical but anyone reading this can be confident.

Don't order from them
I work as a fashion influencer, and 7or9 shoes approached me for a collaboration. I agreed to their terms and did an influencer collaboration with them. After they approved the content, and after I went live, they ignored my emails and to this day have not paid me. They ignore all the emails and messages I left them ever since, and I can't believe the level of unprofessionalism they have. Stay away from them.

I have bought multiple pairs of shoes…
I have bought multiple pairs of shoes from 7or9, I generally like the quality, but the sizing is a bit of problem, for the several pairs of 7or9 I own, I wear either size 6.5 or 6. Services have been good in the past when I needed to exchange, but this time I have emailed then requesting an exchange 4 times, left message on this website, but still no response, I am quite upset and don’t know what’s going on. I am trying different ways to reach them. Just a quick update that they have responded to me and resolved the issue.
