Bittele is an awesome board shop. I often recommend them to colleagues, and the ones who try Bittele have all been impressed.

Bittele is easy to work with, and the quality and technology level is all you could want.

I have been working with the same account manager there for at least 7 years. He makes my life a lot easier. When I hand a project over to Bittele, I know good people are getting it done, and I am free to work on the next thing. Their full turn-key service has never let me down. Over years of working with Bittele, we have never had a single assembly or PCB problem that was their error. Also, I can't remember a single time they were late to ship an order. Our orders have included prototype runs of 5 or 10 assemblies to small production runs of 50 to 250 assemblies. Prices are fair for the excellent quality. For us, Bittele is our first choice for our more complex designs.

My company has been working with Bittele for 7+ years, and they are by far the best PCB/PCBA company we have worked with. They make high quality parts and have good lead times. Most importantly, they have excellent communication throughout the whole ordering and manufacturing process.

We were a 2-person startup with very little cash when we started working with them. At that early stage, a defective order could have been devastating to the business, but we were fortunate that Bittele's parts always came in on time and worked well. We've scaled the business significantly since then, and Bittele now handles both our high volume orders and small prototype runs. They've been a fantastic partner and I couldn't recommend them enough.

We are a small biotech company who's focus is _not_ PCBs, so we wanted a turn-key assembler and Canada-based to make shipping and communication easy.

We've been using Bittele for over a year now, and I imagine they've produced > 2000 PCBAs for us over many orders. We've been happy with their customer service and communication. Also, their PCBA manufacturing error rate has been lower than our previous, off-shore assembler.
