Our Family chose the One Resort Aqua Resort and Spa, in Skanes, Tunisia, after much consideration, and excellent support information provided by 7Seas in Surbiton.. At all times, we were given the requisite info about the options and the various facilities, bearing in mind the size of our party of 10, which included four grand children, (ages 10, 12, 15 and 16). The personal and professional Travel Service related information provided made the difference for us in proceeding with 7Seas. For us, it was indeed the right choice, as this turned out to be one of THE best Family holidays for us. One Resort is ideally suited for a Family holiday with the right mix of Entertainment and relaxation opportunities for both adults and children alike. This is provided by most helpful staff, in the right place at the right time. Above all, the seafront location and the extensive well-maintained grounds make it a most attractive option for all the Family.

I booked a few family holidays with 7seas and they have always been extremely helpful. Everything is organised and thought of in advance so there aren’t any surprises including private airport transfers. Just came back from my recent visit to Turkiye and it was amazing. 100% would recommend.

Our default whenever we are considering going anywhere is 7Seas Holidays - we have done a few trips with them now and every single one has exceeded our expectations. Everything has been thought about before we even realize we need it, including tedious things like private transfers from the airport to our accommodation, transportation between places and guided tours. The places we have booked through 7Seas have also been absolutely lovely and have become hotels and resorts which we recommend to other people as well. Shakeel is so patient and kind, always willing to help and explore several options. He is excellent at communication, even once we are on the trip - I could not recommend this agency enough.

I recently booked my holiday through 7Seas Holidays, having used them before with great experiences. This time, my original trip via the Middle East had to be cancelled at short notice due to the situation, and I was feeling quite anxious about rearranging everything so close to the Easter break.

7Seas took all the stress out of the process. They handled the airline and hotel cancellations professionally, managed the refund request on my behalf, and the money was returned promptly. Despite it being peak Easter season, they also provided several last‑minute alternative options and helped me rebook an all‑inclusive break at a reasonable price.

Communication throughout was excellent - responsive, supportive, and genuinely helpful. I was dealing with Shakeel, who was fantastic from start to finish. Everything was organised end‑to‑end, including flights, transfers, and hotel, and the whole trip ended up being completely hassle‑free.
