I’ve been interested in this company since I’ve heard friends talk about their high GSM hoodies and bottoms. I bought their S32 Cropped Tees before they sold out. The look, feel, and overall quality exceeded my expectations based on the pricing. Incredible value. I’ll definitely be looking at more of their offerings in the future.

I just want to say that their products are exactly as they describe them. I haven’t owned sweats that are this thick and high quality. The shipping is very fast as well. Their customer service is excellent. I messaged them on instagram and they got back to me on the same day providing me with help I didn’t think I would get as I was asking for an out of stock item. This is the only brand I will be buying my sweats and hoodies from from now on

I pre-ordered three items from this brand on February 13th: one hoodie and two hoodie + baggy pleat sets. They were originally promised for March 15th delivery. That date was pushed back to March 28th, then again to April 2nd. There were no proactive updates whatsoever — I only found out about each new delay when I reached out myself.
After the third missed delivery window, I had no choice but to dispute the charges. Their response was “ongoing shipping issues,” which is hard to believe because one of the hoodies actually arrived on time. If there were real shipping problems, how did that one item make it through without issue?
The only positive was that Vakar Ahmed responded when I contacted support. He was polite and apologetic, but apologies don’t fix repeated broken promises and zero transparency. Better proactive communication and realistic timelines would have gone a long way.I would not recommend pre-ordering from this company. If you need something quickly and reliably, look elsewhere. I still like their product, they just need to up their service to the higher standards.

I have all the email screenshots, timestamps, and order records to prove exactly what happened, so let’s correct the record.
You did not send emails “every 3 days.” Between February 13 and March 24, I received zero proactive emails from you. Not one. The only updates I ever got were after I contacted you first.
Here’s the actual timeline:

March 24: I emailed asking why nothing had shipped and requested a refund. You apologized for “ongoing shipping issues” and pushed the date to March 28.
April 1: Still no shipment or confirmation. I emailed again. You then moved it to April 2.
April 3: Third missed date, no email from you. I emailed requesting a full refund and opened a chargeback.
Only after my April 3 refund request did you suddenly reach out saying you were “processing” the order and noticed the chargeback. This clearly shows the order was not being prepared until I forced the issue.
The “Iran war shipping issues” excuse also doesn’t add up — I still received one hoodie on time. If global shipping lines were truly disrupted for the entire order, how did that one item ship and arrive without problem?
Instagram stories are not acceptable communication for customers who pre-paid and were given firm delivery dates. Expecting people to monitor your social media daily is unreasonable.
I didn’t need more apologies from the owner. I needed you to meet the promised dates or proactively cancel and refund when you couldn’t. Having a “refund channel” means nothing when you only act after the customer escalates and files a dispute. Over all, I appreciate your business.

The brand was extremely responsive when I asked for sizing advice via ig dm! I mentioned it was a gift for my boyfriend that weekend and they expedited the shipping and altered the sizing I had ordered to better suit him! All the pieces were perfectly oversized to allow for shrinkage and also offer breathability while being super dense and heavy weight. I really appreciated their cool modern silhouettes, as it pairs nicely with my style :)

Listen, there is no company in existence that is in competition with these guys! They simply cannot keep up. Ive made several orders on different occasions, in total, I order about 9 T-shirts, 4 sweaters, 4 hoodies and 4 sweatpants.. the quality is amazing and beyond expectation! And its 100% organic cotton?? What!!! Price you ask? This is a steal... there arw companies selling cotton boxer briefs for more that what they sell their 550GSM hoodies for.
If youre wondering about sizing, they come a little big, which is a smart move because cotton shrinks, so after a wash or two it will fit you perfectly. Customer service, you ask? Everytime I swnd an email i get a personal response before I go to bed, no bots. Keep doing what you're doing guys. Please try to add boxers into your collection! Im ready to pre order!!

Amazing quality hoodie. I was comparing other hoodies at similar price points from other major brands. 7thearthstudios makes superior blanks at a lower cost and their customer service is great. Hoodie is extremely soft, comfortable, and gives a great silhouette. I wouldn’t be surprised if they blow up in the future. I ordered a small Y27 black oversized hoodie. I’m a 5’5 male and 130 lbs for reference. Don’t miss out and order one.

You know how when little kids dress themselves and decide they need to wear a superhero cape every day as their hyper fixation comfort clothing item? That's how I feel about the Y33 sweatpants. I legit have worn them nearly every day since Christmas, the fit and silhouette are so damn good. I work in fashion and try not to wear sweatpants in the real world but these pants have proven the exception to the rule. I just ordered 2 more pairs.

Don't believe their “fast shipping”: a 9-day wait, still no tracking number. I'll update the review once I receive items. So far just a wait game with daily spam emails from them

I have ordered From 7thEarthStudios multiple times and i keep loving their t32 heavyweight tshirts they are great love the feel of the fabric also great customer service, quick response and attentive thanks to Vakar for giving the best customer service and helping me out.

I am a big fan of heavyweight hoodies and have purchased many high quality hoodies including those from American Giant (Classic and Relaxed Classic models), Flint and Tinder (10 Year model), and a Standard Issue hoodie. Each of these are well-known for their high quality and heavy weight ranging from 24 oz for the Standard Issues, 12 oz for the American Giant models, and 13 oz for the 10 Year Hoodie. But, while I love a high quality heavy weight hoodie, I hate that each of the above models costs over $100. So, I did a little research online and found 7thearthstudios website. I checked out their hoodies and could not believe that they were selling a 19 ounce hoody (the Z27 Standard Oversized Hoodie) for $49. In addition, I was impressed at the fact that they used organic cotton and, their manufacturing process. If I am completely honest, I frankly thought it was one of those fake websites that take your money and then spend several months giving excuses about why your stuff hasn't been delivered before you finally receive a piece of garbage and then have to spend additional time trying to get your money back. So, while I was impressed with what they promised on their website, I wasn't quite trusting enough to bite the bullet. Then, they offered a buy one get one on the Z27 and I figured, even if they sucked, at least I would only be out 50 bucks and I could use the hoodies for yard work. Well, they do NOT suck! My order was shipped promptly and the sweatshirts arrived well-packaged. I was and am thoroughly impressed with the construction of these sweatshirts and would put their quality up against any of my others that cost far more. The fit is outstanding as it is very thick and comfortable without looking super bulky like some heavy weight hoodies. Also, these hoodies are very warm and look great! My adult kids know that I am a bit of a hoody snob and can't believe I tried one at this price point but now they wish I hadn't because I can't stop bragging about how well made these hoodies are and how darn good I look wearing them! So, if you are on the fence and wondering if the information on their website is too good to be true, try them for yourself as if your experience is anything like mine, you will be a very satisfied customer!

Everything they claim about their quality being the best is absolutely true. The hoodie feels amazing, heavyweight, premium, and very well made. You can tell the quality the moment you put it on. You won’t find a hoodie this good at this price point.

I found out about this brand via an IG ad and the videos and comments section was flooded with so much love. I was into the story and how transparent the content was. I've made at least 5x purchases from 7thearthstudios for myself and for gifts over the last three years.

I swear every time I wear these hoodies out someone either tells me I look cool or they ask me where I bought it. They've also only improved in quality over the years as they fine tune their process (even in delivery speeds which they always overestimate).

They ask for opinions from customers and always send a personal email back. I really messed up an order once and changed the size and color of my hoodie (in multiple emails) and they were so kind and human and helpful.

These people are REAL. I LOVE THEM. Everyone's always asking me about that hoodie company I love.

My hoodies have stood the test of time over the years through multiple washes.

Ordered 4 items and was given a short expected deliver time frame. i have not received my order or even a shipping status in 5 weeks for this order after receiving an email that they were starting to ship the lot that I purchased from 4 weeks ago. No information on the delay. The company needs to Be up front if they are going to market and sell winter clothes and not deliver them until the spring.
