Dr.Prieto was a breath of fresh air. From the first moment we spoke it was obvious I had found a “real” doctor who truly enjoys helping people.

Quick response

My functional dr, if isn't available, will respond to a txt question very soon after or follow up with a phone call, even though there is a 6hr difference in time, very responsive.
Just dont like it when certain items were out of stock, with Telemed and had to wait to continue with protocol and search for items elsewhere.. .Also, I suggest, there should be a customer support #, where you can talk to someone live. To answer any questions or resolve problems in regards to orders. Drs should not have to deal with that...I do like that the products are very high quality and ingredients are thoughtfully put together.

I also appreciate your constructive feedback regarding product availability and customer support. The supplements are supplied and fulfilled by an independent third-party company, so unfortunately I don't have control over inventory levels or backorders. However, I completely understand how frustrating delays can be when you're following a protocol, and I always do my best to help patients find suitable alternatives whenever possible.

Your suggestion about having dedicated customer support is an excellent one, and I'll certainly pass that feedback along to the supplier. Thank you again for taking the time to share your experience and for placing your trust in my care.

I was trying to get a refill of my…

I was trying to get a refill of my prescription medication . Telemed swiftly arranged an expert physician Dr Jorge Prieto , to talk to me. He gave me good advice as also a prescription to enable me to get the medicine from the pharmacy. I would surely recommend 800 Telemed , and use its services in the future .

Easy to book and at a time that suited me!

The appointment was at a time when I needed it. And the Doctor was very considerate and listened and gave me advice on a long term plan as well as my short term concern. It was so easy and convenient. And much quicker than I could see a GP in person. Would highly recommend this service. It’s very good value for money too!

Dr Jorge Becerra was excellent with my son

Dr Jorge Becerra was excellent with my son recently. He quickly diagnosed the condition, discussed the options for treatment and ensured we had all the necessary medication that he needed. A Grateful Patient

A Grateful Patient

I was recommended a regimen of medication by a Professor in another country. My NHS GP refused me the medication and the option to see a specialist.
I contacted Dr Jorge Becerra, via Doctorsa. He was online meticulously on time. He listened carefully to my situation and assisted me. It is easy to check the doctors' references and the fact that they can supply a prescription within the UK which filled at any Pharmacy including Boots and Superdrug, is comforting.

The next time I required his assistance, again spot on time and very helpful.

Shame on (some of) NHS GPs, in their private trusts. Its all falling apart.
