Despite DHL’s best efforts to deprive us of this parcel full of fab cakes, morsels and savoury snacks, Alexi managed to resolve everything in super-quick time. Superb customer service as well as delicious low-carb food.

Excellent service from 8foods, food speaks for itself, delicious, nutritious, healthy, gut friendly satisfying food!!
I strongly recommend this food, some may think it is pricey but you only need a little to satisfy your needs, so lasts a long time, worth every penny!!
I have never felt so healthy, used to have acid reflux and other digestive issues, all gone due to healthy 8food products.

I didn’t receive everything I ordered yet I was still charged the full amount. I tried calling, emailing and using the contact form but I didn’t hear back from them.

I completely what and gluten free and don't have time to bake. Although pricey, the 8 foods bagels (all varieties) are now a staple for me. They're delicious, filling and stop any cravings. I usually buy in bulk and fill my freezer - they don't spoil which is great.

Prompt, fast delivery, lovely product, nicely package & most importantly relieved my craving for bread on a keto based diet!!

EDIT: Alexi got in touch after I posted the original review. Apparently my emails had gone astray and they offered to send another ginger cake as it shouldn’t have been bitter. I received the replacement cake very fast and indeed it was not bitter. Glad it had a happy ending and am happy to up my star rating :)

I ordered on a Monday and didn’t receive the parcel until the Friday (down to courier)
I emailed while waiting, concerned on whether it would spoil during the longer journey. They assured me it would be ok.
The almond morsels were nice, crackers ok but the ginger cake was very bitter. I emailed and asked if this was normal but have not had any response in over a week.

Love the bagels!!! They are delicious. Would buy more often but they quite expensive so I buy them as a treat!!

Parcel received missing item. Emailed heard nothing back for 4 days then refunded but never asked if i wanted the missing item. I emailed back asked if I could reorder he mussing item she asked last Monday what I'd like and heard nothing since. No tel.no to call company and no other way of communicating. 9 days still no reply to email. I will never use this awful company again. Can't run a business this way no way of customers communicating with them.no tel no the stress of waiting and hoping they will reply is awful.

faster delivery this time

Unfortunately the keto paleo bread and keto cakes have terribly upset my stomach, causing stomach ache and bloating even though I've been keto and used MCT oil for over 6 years. Really disappointed, had to bin all of my very expensive order! Wonder if sent product that has gone off but got incorrect expiry date, never been this ill before and feel almost like I've had food poisoning!
