My family has been in the jewelry business for almost 70 years, so we can confidently say that we are very picky about who we work with. We started working with Phoenix since 2022, and we place orders almost every month.

Sometimes we do face issues with FedEx losing packages or a few damaged pieces slipping through. All we do is talk it out with their team, and they always work something out for us.

Probably, this is one of the reasons we have built a strong bond with this company.

The photos are deceptive. The rings are so thin it’s laughable. Some of the rings weren’t even round. I had to put them on a ring sizer to round them out again. Because the metal is so thin these things are very fragile and susceptible to damage. I will not be using 925 silver jewelry going forward. I don’t trust them. Avoid at all costs.

Update: it’s been almost 9 months since my initial review of 925 silver jewelry and I’m being prompted to add additional details to my original review. So here we go… I ordered 102 total rings in January. I received the rings and as previously stated many of them arrived damaged/bent or were sent with zero quality control. I don’t know which is the case. I left an honest review and 925 jewelry can’t seem to grasp they need improvement. They’ve been attempting to get this honest review taken down by saying it contains defamatory content. Which it does not and has been allowed to stay. Basically I’m being harassed by a business that can’t take constructive criticism. So 925 jewelry you should probably take a moment and reevaluate your approach to this review process and stop trying to suppress it. I stand by my initial review and highly recommend others consider their options and ask themselves if ordering from you is worth the hassle. I wish you luck in the future because you’re going to need it.
