Terrible quality and terrible service.
Inferior quality products and no help from 99 bikes.
I purchased a pedal raider in November and it started creaking in three months. I did All the maintenance that I was advised but nothing stopped the incessant noise when I was peddling.
Also the spokes have started snapping, cheap quality steel.
I ride a flat asphalt path, not rocks.
It's advertised as the ultimate gravel and trail bike, definitely false advertising.
This is the worst bike I have ever owned.
When I contacted 99 bikes they called it wear and tear, then said I had to pay freight if I wanted them to inspect it, a cost of approximately $250 each way. I bought this product in good faith of the quality advertised, now I'm very disappointed with a terrible noisy bike.
I would advise never to buy a pedal raider and definitely never from 99 bikes.

Went into the Success store to buy a continental GP5000 in 30mm and was told Continental does not make that tire in that size but they could sell me a 28mm one, so I bought the 28. I was browsing the web a few days later and discovered Continental did indeed make this tire in 30mm and most bike shops sold them, by this time I had fitted the 28 and done about 50kms. Contacted customer service to complain and was told the same thing, Continental only make a 30mm for an ebike, this is of course completely false, so emailed a copy of the receipt from another bike shop I just bought a GP5000 in 30mm. They finally admitted they were wrong but it was an “honest” mistake and did absolutely nothing.

Excellent customer service in aquiring this bike rack. The Buzz rack E Scorpion 1 Platform 1 E bike Tow Ball Rack performs well. Takes a bit of time to set up but is relatively easy to install. The ebike I have is approximately 30 kgs plus with a few added accessories. This rack has a maximum load of 30kgs, so I removed battery and folding locks. Once the bike has been loaded onto the rack, there are several straps to secure front and rear wheels. The rack has an adjustable clamp for the top bar or around your seat post. The adjustable clamp and tow bar can be key locked for security. Lights on this rack will need an accommodating connection depending on which one you have. The rack is secure and stable while travelling. One of the issues is they may need to change is the plastic clamps holding the wiring for the taillights. The clamps pop out of its mount holes really easy so your wiring is hanging down, untidy. Removing the rack is just as easy, it has transportable wheels.The wheels are a little small because the number plate holder sometimes scrapes on the ground . Not a big deal but that's the reason I gave it four stars. To sum it up the Buzzrack Scorpion 1 ebike is a great system and well recommended.

Excellent customer service, staff assisted with height requirements for bikes.

My son didn't like the colors of the bikes on display, so the staff showed him some of the bikes available online which he happily picked the black/green model of the Pedal crush.

I was away for work & the store offered delivery for just $24, plus a sale on next week & managed to get some good quality bike locks for the kids new rides.

Overall very happy customer & will be back in the future

Got my bike serviced at 99 Bikes, the bike mechanics were very helpful an did a great job servicing my bike. They even replaced my punctured tube for me the next day after picking my bike up from service. Got me back on the road in no time.

Very happy with my bike , will definitely use 99 bikes again for future purchases.
