Good morning. The kit worked well on my 2014 Ram 6.7. A written installation guide would have been help full. I did watch a few videos. I needed to remedy exhaust leaks at the EGR cooler block plates using hi temp silicone compound. I discovered the coolant by-pass hose barb could be installed too deep causing poor seating of the o-ring resulting in a coolant leak. An explanation of the hose barb stop collar would have been help full as well. Over all, its working well. Thank you for making your product available at a reasonable cost.

After 10 days of calling Trying to make contact with these people emails get returned no telephone numbers to contact them and the order was not fulfilled but it said shipping label created. Be careful because I have a feeling it’s a scam never received the product. Had to cancel payment NO CONTACT on their behalf zero customer service or communication.

Would be nice if there's an instruction that comes with it, had to figure it out which bolts goes where:), also have a few items left, not sure where to use them, the Hose Connector, a bushing, hose clips mount, the O-rings are spares for the plugs and air inlet from intercooler, but still a five stars because I didn't modify any.

Been shopping for EGR Delete for a while and found them here. Good price and parts fit perfect.

they had a cummins coolant bypass kit advertised at 180$ so i decided i’d give it a shot. the price for that kit jumped to 240$ during checkout i still figured it’d give it a try. they ended up sending me the wrong parts for my truck and i’ve checked my receipt several times to make sure this wasn’t my fault. i’ve been emailing them for over 7 days and have yet to hear back from them. as of right now i’m sitting with a box full of unusable parts with no answers and out 240$. my advice to everyone is stay away! this company does not care about your business.

Starting to really thank this company. Is a scam and a fraud, they don't have the right customer service at all. They put the wrong information on email links to get back to Em. I'm just wanting to get refund waiting two weeks for a package. It's over $200 is ridiculous. I think this company's a scam and a fraud won't be using them ever again and making sure that I let everybody know they're a scam and a fraud.

Very disappointed with my experience with 9PHX Racing. I ordered a part, but communication was extremely poor — I tried reaching out multiple times through email and got no response.
What frustrated me the most is that I still did not receive a full refund even though the item was never delivered. Customers should not have to chase down updates or lose money on an order that was never fulfilled.
I understand delays can happen, but lack of communication and incomplete refunds are unacceptable. I hope they improve their customer service and handling of refunds in the future.

9phxracing has been great! Great quality at a great price! I have personally installed 3k worth of there product on vehicles with only a couple minor problems and they have taken care of it quickly!

Pipe was just a bit short. Could be extended just a little bit but other than that solved the issue I was having with an existing part.

Kit was easy to install satisfied with the product quality parts. The only issue was none of the bolts that were supplied fit the EGR manifold exhaust where the sensor screws in so I had to use the bolts from the factory, other than no problems.

Kit seems to be made out of quality material I have not had the opportunity to install it yet but I’m sure by the looks of it everything will be just fine.

It's a really well put together kit comes with everything you need... The only thing that I found that I might need is the two small gaskets for the plates on the exhaust manifold ( mine are shot). Other than that it works wonders for your fuel economy.

Easy to put on, came with a resonator delete, can’t beat it

Worst customer service and junk parts. Do not buy from here they will take your money!!! Stay away
