AVOID. Ordered two charges 3 months ago, several promises that it would be posted immediately and still nothing has arrived. I have requested a refund 3 weeks ago and still nothing has been refunded. AVOID - Scammers

However, i ordered again on 19 March, and 6 weeks later it still hasn't arrived. No communication without me chasing, no proper information provided, replies to my English emails in German, and what seems like a refusal to give either a refund or confirmation of where the products are/a tracking number.

Simply a very dishonest company - takes your money and doesnt deliver - have sent 8 e-mails asking for a refund and completely ignored - ordered on the 26th February so very frustrated.

I've left a full review on their website and will keep this one short and sweet. Ordered the product early Jan 26, promise of delivery in 4 days. Product eventually arrived early March.
Numerous emails with what appears to be an automated customer service assistant that frustrated the hell out of me as they didn't understand any previous correspondence, ended up complaining to my credit card company who refunded the order. On the same day I received two emails from the company, one confirming the refund and then a second saying my order was in the post.
Ironically the product came in the post, which I think I was most shocked about. It is pretty cool and although it cannot charge my iPhone fully, its a clver bit of kit to keep you topped up and on the go.
If this company can sort out their internal processes and customer service, this could be really excellent, but for now I am a pi**ed off customer who doent really like them as a business. SUCH A SHAME!!

I send an additional email (as requested) with attached photos and videos and have not had a response since. I have stopped sending emails at number 9 and have phoned with the message simply requesting correspondence by email.
It is a shame as initially the product appears well built and robust. The material appear premium. But obviously there is a major flaw with the internal design failing.
Note to others if you have purchased via Credit card, go to the issuer and gain a refund.

Do not purchase anything from this company. I placed an order on the 23rd of november 2025, as of today 7th of February 2026 I have received nothing. Despite sending numerous emails, I get a standard reponse that they will look into and come back to me, and everytime I send and email on the same thread with the order number in the subejct line, they always ask for the order number which means another delay. I have even asked for my money back and was asked the question why!!!!! As far as I can tell this is a scam.

J’ai commandé deux tapis sur ce site. Le montant correspondant aux deux tapis a bien été prélevé, mais 13 € supplémentaires m’ont également été débités, sans aucune explication.
Je n’ai jamais reçu de numéro de commande, ni de lien de suivi, ni même un mail de confirmation.
Depuis plus de 48 heures, j’essaie de contacter le service client :
– appels téléphoniques sans réponse
– mails envoyés sans retour
– messages sur le tchat restés sans réponse
Je suis très déçue par ce manque total de professionnalisme. À ce jour, aucune information, aucun suivi, aucun contact.
Je déconseille fortement ce site et invite les futurs clients à faire très attention avant de commander.
Absolute joke of a company
Absolute joke of a company. Placed an order with them on the 17th December for delivery to Ireland. It is now almost 7 weeks since I placed the order and I have not yet received the product. I have emailed their support team multiple times and have received the same response each time - “we’re sorry your order has not arrived…we’ll check and get back with an update”. But not once have I received a follow on update.
I have tried messaging them on Facebook and have also used the useless chat bot on their website to no avail. I now firmly believe that this is a scam company that will take your money and never deliver the product.

I believe they used a social media campaign back in the summer and just could not cope, probably lost orders etc etc. the one constant thing was the customer services did reply, and in the last 4 weeks hugely improved.. so to summarise, yes they are poor but they aren’t a scam . Hope this is helpful..

Don’t deserve 1 star. Two charges bought 2 months ago. Nothing arrived. Endless excuses, no refund, no shipping date, no product. Total scam.

Do Not Buy from this co. The product did arrive eventually, but the product didn’t re-charge after first use. £80 spent & no refund on sight. The customer service is an automated email reply, I have been asked for and sent 3 video’s and 3 pictures, showing it not charging. Each time a standard reply asking for video’s and pictures.
Don’t be fooled by the 14day try or return.
To be fair, the 1 ⭐ is for the packaging which is impressive. But product con.
Further they have managed to find a way to get trust pilot to take down negative responses as I have experienced. Hence posting again. For reference most of my reviews are positive for you to gauge my motivation.
Customs charges and wrong items sent
My experience of purchasing with this company.
Items ordered via the UK website, items are shipped and then get stopped at customs, seems like there was a few to pay, despite ordering on a UK site and no mention anywhere during the ordering process of customs fee. Frustrated i paid as it was a gift.
Item then arrives and is the wrong colour, now normally we can make do with these things, but it was a specific colour for someone with autism, and in this instance, it was a big deal
Had many back and forth emails, with the responses all in German so needed to use Google translate to even see what they were saying. Many promises.ade and jone of them actually been carried through, so here I am along with it seems everyone else, saying avoid this company.
Buyer's Beware ... or lose your money.
Unfortunately, I am in the same boat as many of the customers on here ... No Item received, no tracking number given (ordered a month ago) and despite me now asking for a refund on numerous occasions, keep getting the same generic email asking for my order number and offering me a 5% discount as a gesture of good will.
Here's a gesture of good will ... refund my money for this non-existent item and do the same for others.
I bought the item in good faith but I now believe that it is merely an elaborate scam and needs investigating further by the relevant authorities immediately before others fall foul to their despicable behaviour.
My only advice to others contemplating buying from this company is, DON'T, UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES!!
I too am now seeking legal action although I believe that I will have to resign myself to never seeing my money again.

You will have a very hard battle getting a refund from this company. One month on and they still offer discounts rather than refunding 100%.
However - I have now successfully received a full refund via my bank’s chargeback scheme.
But best advice - just don’t order with them in the first place. If you do in a moment of madness email them immediately to cancel then refuse delivery. That way at least you won’t be charged £50 postage to return etc.
Previous situation :- If anyone is STILL tempted please please please read these reviews. I am still battling to get my money back. Cancelled the order the same day I made it. Lots of ‘why are you cancelling’? Emails saying they understood etc etc. Yet still sent it - I refused it so they will have it back by now. This has been going on since December 9th. They even tried to get my review taken down as they didn’t ‘recognise’ me as a customer! Fortunately Trustpilot sorted that one out.
My latest mail to them almost a month on:-

Must I tell you - once again - that I cancelled the product the very same day I placed the order.
I have refused the order with the postman from Royal Mail. Which means it will be sent back to you directly. I have at no point accepted the product.
Why do you continue to make these (insulting) offers when you have continually broken your own terms and conditions?
For all of our sakes why do you not simply refund the money paid to you - and which you are fraudulently keeping?

Tried to cancel and received the same response as others on trying to give me a 5% rebate. Tried again to tell them I'm not interested in the 5% rebate and that I want to cancel the product - received the SAME 5% offer rebate. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER.
Goods not received regardless after 18 days despite promises on the website that it will take 1-2 days for delivery in the UK.

Worst customer experience in a very long time. Ordered 2 power bank for my daughter for Xmas. Product never arrived. Went shopping at the weekend (brick and mortar shop) and bought two power bank since I had committed to the Xmas present. Contacted A`DAR GERMANY UK directly, explained the situation and asked for refund since the product is nowhere to be seen. The only response I've got is to rate my experience with them, hence my review here. I know that they don't care and will not do anything as I have since seen hundreds of negative reviews but it is important to put the word out there so others wont hopefully not been caught like I have. Lesson learned, I check Trustpilot for anything now and will not buy online unless I see numerous positive reviews.
