A1 Education & Training Reviews

Had a brilliant training experience with Phil from A1 training. Top guy, made me feel comfortable and confident to take and PASS my class 2 first time. Thank you to all the staff at A1 Training. Shanna

I recently completed my course with A1 Training and couldn’t be happier with the whole experience. The trainers were incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and really took the time to explain everything clearly—even complex topics felt easy to understand. They’re friendly, approachable, and always happy to answer questions, making the learning environment supportive and stress-free.

The course materials were well-structured, up-to-date, and very practical, which meant I could apply what I learned straight away. The facilities were clean, comfortable, and well-equipped too. From booking through to receiving my certification, the admin team was efficient, helpful, and kept me informed every step of the way.

I feel much more confident and competent now, and I’d highly recommend A1 Training to anyone looking for high-quality, professional training. Worth every penny—thank you so much to the whole team!
and most importantly thank you to my instructor bob

The course has a lot of depth, knowlege and information. It can be demanding to balance this with a job and other commitments. However, the staff (specifically, Charmaine and Becca) make it attainable.

Professional, encouraging and empathetic. Thank you for your support and service.

I recommend this course for those with busy lives.

To whom it may concern…. I took part in the emergency first aid at work. On 8th October, at Teddington Baptist church..

I have been a first aider for years, was hoping there would be something new to learn. And it would help me reinforce what I have learnt before and forget.
I learnt so much on this course, thanks to Charmaine’s knowledge of first aid.. she also helped me over come some negative feelings I had after doing CPR in the past.

I would definitely recommend this course to my friends and colleagues..

Teaching first aid within a classroom environment, is definitely something Charmaine should remain in. So she would flourish to her full potential…
