Bag ordered is good quality and exactly as described. I emailed the company to ask how long the discount would be available for and they replied very quickly and were true to their word

Really good service and the product I…
Really good service and the product I ordered seems like good quality (a suitcase - haven’t used it yet) but the number lock came already locked so there’s no way of using that feature which is very disappointing. Luckily I have another separate lock I can use between the zips. I contacted the company about the issue and they gave me a 10% refund (I didn’t want to return the suitcase as I need it for a trip in a day’s time plus returns have to be paid for) and also suggested trying every combination of numbers to find out which will unlock the lock. Don’t think I’ll be trying that but it’s nice they tried to help and I appreciated the small refund which covered the cost of the extra lock. And to whoever in their warehouse/packing who thought it’d be funny to send a suitcase out with a the lock pre-locked, it really isn’t and thanks a bunch.
